Crown Princess Mary attended the official opening of Research Day 2022 at the Viking Ship Museum in Roskilde. Research Day is an annual nationwide science festival in Denmark. Every year, about 100 local organizers hold various events across Denmark during the Danish Science Festival. Crown Princess Mary is patron of the festival.
This year, the official opening involved the event "Fælles om Fjorden", which focused on climate and environment in Roskilde Fjord. The Research Day was established in 2005.
Harris Wharf London Oversized trench waistcoat
Baggy slacks that are too long. Heels while outside on the grass. Seriously? I love her long "vest" (sorry, I can't find what it's called), it suits her very well. *Regina
ReplyDeleteI love this outfit, very stylish. The coat is fabulous, combined with the white pants and boots, the CP Mary looks beautiful
ReplyDeleteSuperbe Mary dans la combinaison de cette sorte d'imper/manteau court ? avec le pantalon blanc et peut-être des bottes camel à talons très fins !
ReplyDeleteI don*t like the outfit combination or as it has become trendy to say here: a no from me.
ReplyDeleteBut CP Mary looks more natural than on all the heavily photoshopped from her birthday.

Agreed. Less is more sometimes.

She looks lovely, however I don't like sleeveless coats.
ReplyDeleteWhat a joy to see that very handsome man again who is the spitting image of Prince Alois, the Hereditary Prince and Regent of Liechtenstein. I think he has something to do with education in the Danish parliment. It is only a couple of months ago that he participated with Princess Mary in another educational event. BUT one is here to talk about fashion, not handsome men. So, overall, the combination looks snug. I prefer the white fitted pants as seen on the model and not the baggy ones that Princess Mary is wearing. Would be nice to know the fashion house and or creator of the coat/vest.
ReplyDeleteFor some photos on Prince Alois ........

At first I didn't like sleeveless coats either. But now that more and more ladies start to wear them, I must admit that some are looking very good with this type of coat.
ReplyDeleteI preferred the white one Maxima is wearing but Mary's is not bad at all either. She is wearing hers better than the model. I don't like the white pants with it. She can wear it with pants and jumper and boots in the same color and matching the beige of her coat. I'm sure she will find better combination in the future, especially when the weather isn't becoming any warmer in Europe.
I like the long trench waist coat. The look is lovely. I just wonder if long cream colored trousers are a good idea when its an outdoor event !
ReplyDeleteThis sleeveless coat just has too much fabric in it and is too wide in the shoulder area, to make it look nice in my opinion. The flared pair of trousers doesn't attribute to a great overall look either. Colour of the turtleneck and coat look nice on CPM though.

The sleeveless coat has too much material floating about Mary, and the combination of white trousers is not a good look. Higheeled boots, or shoes is not a good choice for such an outdoor, grassy occasion.
ReplyDeleteOn the contrary: white and beige/brown is a very classy combination. Siv
DeleteI love the colour combination on top with the pants.
ReplyDeleteOver all very elegant, these colours suit the Princess.
Mary a fait une petite séance botox !
