As Patron of Scar Free Foundation, The Countess of Wessex visited Swansea University in South Wales to attend the launch of the charity's new project relating to the use of pioneering 3D bioprinting technology. Thereafter, in Swansea, The Countess took part in the celebration of the city’s The Queen's Green Canopy 'Champion City' status by planting a Jubilee Tree in their new park.
Afterwards, The Countess met with volunteers at Matthew’s House, which provides a safe space for vulnerable members of the community through their initiatives such as the pay-as-you-feel cafe and the Homeless Period Project.
Prada outlined peter pan coat
ReplyDeleteI like this outfit a lot and it's style and colours suit the countess very well ...
ReplyDeletethe coat is wonderful and it's colour is so beautiful springlike ...
I love the idea of the black sweater, pants and shoes combined with the pink coat.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately for a Prada coat it does not fit well especially the sleeves on the upper arms. Although it looks better on Sophie than on the model I would never have bought it for myself. On the model it looks like a chamber robe my late mother used to wear in the winter.
Sophie looks wonderful here! One of her best ensembles in recent months (other than the lovely CH polka dot dress yesterday). The black and powder pink colour combination looks beautiful together, her hair pulled away from her face gives her a neat face-on look, and the lovely loose styling of the Prada coat suits her perfectly. Well done!

I'm in the vast minority here, but, apart from the colour, I don't like the coat the CoW wears today. To me a somewhat more youthful design would suit her so much better. Besides sleeves look a bit tight and short.

@MCS ........ I'll join your minority group.
DeleteAnd I think she should have borrowed Camilla's boots.
They'd fit in much better with this winter ensemble.
I like this coat, its different, colour is pretty. The close fitting black pants are perfect. Love the black shoes. The Countess always brings to her engagements vitality, fun and warmth, smiling and very engaging. It certainly rubs off on others around her. A fabulous visit, this organisation has marvellous initiatives, a great program. Its wonderful to see the Duchess supporting them.
ReplyDeleteI love the colour of the coat; sadly it isn't made very well. Sophie looks pretty; actually her blonde hair adds to her bright cheery nature.
