Three weeks before Easter, Prince Guillaume and Princess Stephanie of Luxembourg visited the workshop of the chocolate maker "Genaveh" in Steinfort. During their visit, the Crown Prince and Crown Princess received information about the production processes. Chocolaterie Genaveh is a Luxemburgian artisanal chocolate maker that offers high-end products in contemporary packaging.
Genaveh’s all chocolates are handmade and produced in its workshop in Steinfort. Run by Alexandra Kahn, he company uses quality raw materials and, as much as possible, local products. Genaveh sells its products throughout Europe.
so whats the point of a hair cover if all your hair is left out.

Good point.

Surely very interesting visit, ideal protection against comments ! (just a joke)
ReplyDelete;-) yes, they do have very important tasks, the royals....
DeleteThe hair cover leaving out most of the hair, earrings dangling free and a bag on the shoulder? Well hello, that is pretty stupid and defeats the purpose of the rest. - Ellie
ReplyDeleteMy understanding is that, in this environment, the purpose is to prevent hair falling, which is achieved since roots are protected.
DeleteI reacted to that as well. That´s not how a hair cover is meant to be used. I´m also chuckling at the full body protective gear, yet no gloves. And since they clearly don´t bother wearing a face-mask when handling food (fine by me - a cook wouldn´t do that either), they could just as well skip the masks when handling the cocoa plant.

DeleteThe HGD looks quite pretty with with the protective covering on, imo. Her makeup and hair are better than usual.
ReplyDeleteHow odd!
Hey, she's wearing something different from her usual slacks and blouse! :-)
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun outing for Guillaume and Stephanie. I refuse to criticize Stephanie or Guillaume about their protective gear (or lack thereof) because I feel certain they were instructed how to wear the garmets. Both look happy and interested!
ReplyDeleteThis looked to be a fun day out and chocolate the order of the day, nice!
ReplyDeleteInteresting way they are dressed, covered, but not really covered. Maybe they set up a specific room for these photos and are not in the actual production area, which I am sure has to remain quite sterile. rene
