On March 30, 2022, Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway attended the diploma ceremony of District Mothers in Vestre Aker (Western Aker). District Mothers Norway (Bydelsmødre Norge) is a non-profit organization based on voluntary work. It was founded by Nasreen Begum in 2016 and works in five of Oslo’s districts.
The district mothers consist of resourceful women, primarily from ethnic minority backgrounds. The volunteers receive a training program on topics such as parenting, work and health. They work together to solve local challenges and help isolated women, primarily of minority groups.
LK Bennett Mortimer Green Polka-Dot Silk Dress
I like the way she has styled this outfit. The solid black vest gives eye relief to all those white polka dots. Her hair is nicely done. Her makeup enhances her creamy complexion but I think she would benefit from a rosier lip. I wish we could see her earrings better. They look green in color. Does anyone recognize them?
ReplyDeleteNice out fit, quite like the polka dots and the vest to give the eyes a chance to rest. She always looks so engaged with everyone she interacts with. jj
ReplyDeleteNice dress but, personally, not so keen on the black waistcoat.
ReplyDeleteAgree with you, AnnieM; I feel the waistcoat spoils a great a look.

This is a beautiful green silk polka dot dress. I wonder is that a emerald stone earrings wise she is wearing? hard to tell. Hair and makeup natural looking, she looks lovely.
ReplyDeleteThis pretty green polka-dot dress has already been worn by Catherine Duchess of Cambridge. It is always funny that the royal ladies are copying each other. I am not a fan of the sleeveless coat. The soft waves of her hair are very flattering.
