On Saturday, 5 February 2022, Crown Princess Mary of Denmark will turn 50. Her 50th birthday is being celebrated with a number of events in the beginning of February. On February 2, 2022, The Crown Princess, Princess Josephine and Prince Vincent visited the Copenhagen Zoo and attended the sod-cutting ceremony of "Mary’s Australian Garden" which will be a park dedicated to Australian animals.
"Marys Australske Have (Mary’s Australian Garden)" was planned and will be constructed thanks to donations from Augustinus Foundation and the Knud Højgaard Foundation. The facility will provide more space and well-being for current and new species such as the laughing kookaburra, the rock wallaby and the cockatoo.
The Crown Princess is patron of the Copenhagen Zoo. The groundbreaking for “Mary’s Australian Garden” is, at the same time, the first step in the execution of the Zoo’s master plan, which will mean significant changes in the animals’ facilities in the coming years.
Tous vêtus chaudement de manière confortable - J'adore son manteau portefeuille à carreaux déjà porté ainsi que son feutre ; toujours aussi choux les jumeaux !
ReplyDeleteLike the coat, the colour of the sweater and the hat. Still maintain that Prince Vincent is the best looking male of the younger generation. Shame that Princess Josephine looks sad in all these photos. Love the idea behind the Australian garden and the compliment to Princess Mary
ReplyDeleteJosephine was laughing and smiling in a video while feeding the penguins. That footage is not seen here. It seems like a fun day for them all and they all look great but cold.
DeleteAww that's good to know. Thank you.
DeleteThe kids look cold! Mary looks wonderful and I love the blue and burgundy color combo.
ReplyDeleteThese are fantastic photos all well dressed for winter. Further Mary & her children all dressed appropriately for the occasion. Mary
ReplyDeleteThis is wonderful , " Mary's Australian Garden" what a marvellous idea. I will look at this with interest. CP Mary' s Hobbs coat is lovely, I like the pattern formation. She looks stunning in that hat, I love this. The children look well rugged up, lovely to see them with their mother today.
ReplyDeleteCP Mary looks fantastic! I love the burgundy and blue combo. Goodness it must have been quite cold--everyone is so bundled up--but I am sure it was a fun occassion for Mary and the children. Feeding the penguins must have wonderful experience for Josephine and Vincent.
ReplyDeleteI love CP Mary’s colors here and especially her great hat which combines the deep burgundy and blues with a touch of plaid that works so well with her coat. Just a great fashionable outfit for a wonderful cold weather event which can include her 2 youngest. What a great memory and support for the Copenhagen Zoo and a delightful connection to her former homeland.

I can' t see any visibile work done on her face ( pic 5).
ReplyDeleteI think there is a hard almost daily workout to get this gorgeous body and a great amount of photoshop on a lot of the pics delivered by the Palace, papers and mags.
She is fabulous on all these posts.
@P.the original
DeleteAgree, can't see any work done on her face in the close up photos.
I've never accepted that Mary would get into that.
I think she's going to mature visually like Princess Benedikte and eventually she'll inherit the title from Princess Benedikte as "The Queen of Class".
Photoshopping, well that's another story and Mary is not necessarily the decision maker on that.

ReplyDeleteYes, I agree about photoshopping.
I do not think Mary had a say in all this.
She is just herself, so beautiful!!!
I wonder why nobody is obsessed with Queen Letizia making such an extensive use of cosmetic surgery instead.
Mary looks lovely in her warm winter ensemble as do both children.
ReplyDeleteIn the the closeup photo of Mary's face she looks beautiful and totally untouched by any cosmetic procedure. It is possible for a woman to be in her 40's and 50's to have good skin and to not use Botox and fillers, especially now that Mary is out of the harsh Australian sun.
Yes, it is possible!!
ReplyDeleteBasically it depends on genetics .
In addition, Mary surely has access to the best beauty products and facial treatments ,which have nothing to do with botox and surgery.
I think she has a very healthy and varied diet as well as beneficial workout sessions.
Her skin is glowing and her face volumes are still so well structured.
