ReplyDeleteThis woman is a natural beauty!
ReplyDeletePrincess Caroline has had a mixed life; unfortunate incidents with various husbands; however she is a good person and a great ambassador for Monaco. A very stylish person.
ReplyDeleteAgreed. Still a beauty.
DeleteNo matter how your face look much younger for your age , grey colour of hair would make you look much older.
ReplyDeleteHappy birthday to woman I admire.
Ava
so True! she a lovely lady to let go, just needs a few adjustments;
Delete- the grey has to go
- stop smoking, it has caused wrinkles around lips, can be fixed
- get her neck smoothed out
- smooth crease between eye brows
then age gracefully everywhere else.
Happy Birthday Caroline

Princess Grace's children had a lot of sun from their young age and when they were teenagers. It shows on Princess Caroline's face. On the other hand I don't think she uses botox nor fillers or any other method to keep her face young. Despite her wrinkles she is still a beautiful woman. But the grey hair makes her older than she is. She is 10 years younger than I am and I admired her when I was young and saw pictures of her in the newspapers when she was on the beaches of the mediterannean see.
DeleteAnyway happy birthday your higness and I wish you a happy life with your children and grandchildren.
Nothing needs to be smoothed out. Look at the few royal ladies who do have fillers and say again that that's what she needs. Nope, nobody ever looks good with fillers. And too much botox takes all emotion away from your face.
DeleteIf you want her to age gracefully, why not let her age naturally, as she is obviously trying to do. In my opinion, the only way to age gracefully is to accept the signs of time and a life lived. She is 65, she does not need to look like 40.
The idea that beauty must be young is a strange idea that our society tirelessly promotes. I'm in my 20s and I think she looks beautiful. Forever Grace Kelly's face - no matter how many wrinkles may appear, that will always be a marvelous face.

DeleteAva.
Ava,
DeleteLol I just think the trend has been going towards fake for a long time now. In our society, Hollywood celebrities with fake everything are considered the most beautiful: fake breasts, fake teeth, fake hair, now even fake behinds.
The face is filled up with fillers, which may take away wrinkles, yes, but it also makes the face look puffy and weird. Some botox can look good, but you do too much of it, and your smile doesn't look real or warm anymore, you don't look sad or moved or truly happy anymore.
Look at Caroline, that's a face you can read in :) Her beauty is not generic, it's not fake and like I said, she's got Grace Kelly's face - it can never look bad.
She was a perfect beauty in her younger days and now she is an older beauty, but in my opinion she remains a beauty. I'd happily look like her at 65, there is nothing wrong with her looks at all.
The Princess has done marvellous and dedicated work for Monaco. Happy Birthday Princess Caroline.
ReplyDeleteAbout gray hair: even young people can have gray hair - and it doesn't necessarily make them look "old". When at school I remember a teenage girl who had gray hair - it was called ash-blond but actually it was grey. She did not look old, but just like we other teenagers with different haircolours. I haven't met her since school so I don't know how her hair turned out when she became adult.
ReplyDeleteIn the past few years gray colour has been popular among young women (under 40). Whatever natural colour their hair was they have dyed it gray.
Age can be seen better in how you move, your voice, wrinkles ...
Margot
You are right, gray hair doesn´t make you look older. I admire Caroline because she is courageous to be natural. She has good self-esteem. I wish her all the best in her life.
DeleteI love people who let their beauty show from the inside.
ReplyDeleteI see Princess Caroline doing this. The lumps and bumps and wrinkles etc are of secondary importance.
Anyway, whatever, I wish her a very Happy 65th Birthday.
She is always very chic. -Siri

ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday Caroline. I Always Admired Your Family. My Mother and I Both. We Also really admired your Dear Sweet Mother Grace. I've been interested in Europe. My Father's Parents were From Europe. Just as Your Mother Became part of A European Family. My European Grandparents became part of America. I believe Grace's Father or maybe her Paternal Grandfather was from Ireland.
ReplyDeleteEveryone ages differently but she doesn't even look like she uses moisturizer. I am her same age and also stayed in the sun all day. Neither I nor any of my peers have wrinkles like that. Obviously it doesn't matter to her and good for her. There are many surface treatments and creams that do amazing things to skin without having a face lift.
