On January 27, 2021, Queen Letizia attended the presentation of the 13rd edition of the "Luis Carandell" Awards for Parliamentary Journalism held at the Senate in Madrid. The Senate of Spain announces the 13th edition of the "Luis Carandell" Awards for parliamentary journalism, both audiovisual, graphic and written.

Luis Carandell (1929-2002) was a Spanish journalist and writer. The Awards aim to maintain the tradition of this journalistic genre and at the same time honor the memory of one of the best parliamentary chroniclers of the 20th century.

    Beautiful burgundy dress QL's wearing combined with gorgeous shoes and bag, which suits her well. QL usually wears jewelry to a minimum, but a nice brooch or long necklace would have been a nice touch to this great outfit imo

    She looks always wonderful in red. I miss her lighter hair, this shade looks a bit harsh with her complex imho.

    Beautiful outfit. Caroline Herrera is the perfect match for Letizia and this is a well cut, elegant dress. I love the finishing touches of red shoes and bag.

    Letizia at her best! I love everything about this appearance. The beautiful red dress fits like a glove, the shoes match the dress and her clutch, and her hair is gorgeous. And, of course, her posture is perfection.

    Oh, simply divine. This dress is gorgeous. Beautifully crafted, its fit and cut is perfect . The colour suits the Queen so well. Love the shoes they are stunning. The clutch is the perfect addition. Love the ruby and diamond drop earrings.

    She looks great and polished, her signature look. Very nice colour, this shade of red. But most of all I love the picture of her hair from the back. I have serious hair envy now... just gorgeous, her hair.
