On the occasion of the Day of Persons with Disabilities, which takes place every year on December 3, the Countess of Wessex visited the Disability Initiative (DI) resource center in Camberley. At the resource center, the Countess took part in a music and drama session. She also attended some work shops where she helped making chocolate Christmas sculptures and Christmas wreaths. The Countess of Wessex is patron of the Disability Initiative, which provides support to adults with physical disabilities in Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire.
JOSEPH Blue Lisa Long Cashmere Wrap Coat
Hush Cashmere Boyfriend Jumper
Galvan High Waisted Trousers
Très joli manteau et pull cachemire d'un bleu lumineux mais sans ce pantalon large, taille haute dont la couleur ne se marie pas bien !
ReplyDeleteAmazing color for Sophie. I also have a pullover and coat of this color. Skinny black or light gray pants would be more appropriate to this. But as a whole, it's a very hilarious outfit. These December days are gloomy, dark and short, they need to be brightened with cheerful colors.

Oh, this would have been better with just a simple pair of jeans! The trousers must go, but the rest can stay.
ReplyDeleteI really like the pants, unusual color and just the right amount of bell bottom, plus they look very soft. The sweater has a very flattering color, although I am on the fence about the combination. I feel she needs to get a good haircut, she would improve so much.

The combination of the trousers and the sweater is awful, although both items on themselves are quite nice. Is Sophie the only working member of the BRF?
ReplyDeleteGreat colour of pair of trousers, fantastic colour of sweater and coat, but what on earth made CS decide to wear these together? I was about to write she looked really nice, but then I saw the last two pictures (and grey boots) .. such a pity!

Not a fan of the trousers, or the color of them. The rest of the outfit is ok, appropriate for the occasion. She would look better with a good hair stylist and new shorter hair cut. jj
ReplyDeleteLove the colour of the coat and sweater. Definitely not keen on the trousers and certainly not with the blue sweater. The Countess looks so happy in these photos. She's great.
ReplyDeleteMost are in agreement to ditch the pants .... not a good color. They ruin an otherwise lovely outfit. Also her hair needs a good cut and style.
ReplyDeleteLove every part of Sphie's outfit--just not all together. The pants are great--but I think they would work better in an evening setting with a soft pretty blouse just shown in the photo with the model. The sweater is pretty--great color for Sophie but it needs a skinny leg to be more flattering. In the photo it looks almost like a sweatshirt because it is big and baggy over those wide-leg, flowy pants. My favorite piece is the gorgeous Joseph coat--perfect length for Sophie (sooooo much better that the white coat she wore a day or so ago) and such flattering style. Sophie is always so happy and involved in her visits I almost feel guilty when I can't love her fashion choices--she is a major asset for the BRF.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the comments above. Bad combination.
