Crown Princess Victoria read out a passage from the Bible in a Christmas greeting on the television channel SVT on Christmas Eve. From the Royal Chapel of Stockholm Palace, the Crown Princess read out the Christmas Gospel, which is a passage from the Bible (Luke 2: 1-20) about the birth of Jesus that is read in many churches and homes during the Christmas weekend. The Crown Princess wore a printed midi dress by Rodebjer.

Although we see only little, I think I like the dress.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful church, lovely CP, and the dress is appropriate and very nice.
ReplyDeleteHavn't seen the RH do this before, but it's a good reminder to the whole country that Sweden is a christian society.
ReplyDeleteSo agree, my thoughts also & beautifully read. MI
DeleteLovely as always. Appreciate the reading.
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful that she read this passage as this is what Christmas is about. Well done to Sweden for showing this, as many other places do not show religious items on TV.
ReplyDeleteI also like her dress very appropriate Mary
