On November 10, 2021, Queen Letizia attended an event organized by the BBVA Microfinance Foundation (FMBBVA) "Connected by the Digital Opportunity" at BBVA Head Office (Ciudad BBVA), the objective of which was to show the importance of digitization as a lever for the development of people in vulnerable situations and to address the role of digitization in providing easier access to financial services, leading to a better quality of life. Queen Letizia wore a new ethnic gold stripe dress by Michonet.
MICHONET Ethnic Gold Stripe Dress
Délicates rayures dorées sur cette robe ethnique dont j'adore les couleurs ; bon choix que cette fine ceinture Bordeaux comme ses escarpins !
ReplyDeleteDon't like this dress and the belt QL's wearing make it even less attractive. The upper part would be great as a sweater either on a skirt or slim pants. Colourwise it's an excellent choice for QL.

What a beautiful dress!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful and lovely dress, but this belt doesn't go well with spirit of the dress, it's better to be worn without belt or with colour coordinated belt in not so strictly shape.
ReplyDeleteLove the look !

ReplyDeleteLovely colours but just not keen on this mix of horizontal and vertical stripes. If anyone has the figure for horizontal stripes, it's Queen Letizia but I don't think this does her any favours. The overly long skirt doesn't help. It's okay. Just not as good as many of her outfits.
ReplyDeleteI like this dress from the waist up, but the vertical stripes of the skirt do not flatter her. Also the belt appears to pull up on the skirt causing the hemline to be uneven. However, the colors are very pretty, and her shoes are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteFantastic dress! It reminds me of Missoni zig zag, which I have always loved. I adore color palette and Letizia's choice of tonal accessories. The fuchsia Carolina Herrera bag and shoes look great, and I like the color choice of purple in the belt, but I am on the fence about adding the belt because there is already waist detail on the dress. Woman founded and owned, Michonet is a Spanish , sustainable brand. The dress is quite affordable as well. ~d
ReplyDeleteIt took me a second look to get used to this unusual colours for Letizia, but now I agree with you, and I do think the dress superb!

Don't like this dress with the uneven hemline. It is too long, and the belt makes it worse. This time the dress is better on the model than on QL.

Dress would look better without the belt and maybe a bit shorter.

Agree that the dress is better worn without a belt, it drapes nicely on the model. Don't care for the cuff treatment - the wider stripes, the slight flare, the overly long sleeves. Otherwise it's a lovely dress with interesting colors. I also prefer the neutral shade of shoe on the model over QL's deep burgundy, but maybe without the belt her shoes wouldn't stand out so much. ReplyDeleteThe belt ruins the delicate, flowing look of the dress. Otherwise, a lovely dress which the Queen wears well.
ReplyDeleteEither no belt or (I can't believe I'm about to suggest this) a larger belt would work much better.

Bravo.
I like it, but after some hesitations.
ReplyDeletePretty in pink🌺
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love this dress on Letizia. Gorgeous colours and of course she has the perfect figure for it. I agree it is reminiscent of Missoni.
