Dutch Princess Beatrix visited the sculpture garden of the Blauwbaai resort (Blue Bay) in Willemstad on Curacao. All artworks in this sculpture garden are made by local artists. The sculpture garden started in 2017 with placement of the first artwork, a ceramic totem by local artist Ellen Spijkstra. Afterwards, Princess Beatrix attended a meeting with young people who participated in the UNICEF youth advice Curacao project. Princess Beatrix is making a three-day visit to the Caribbean island of Curacao.
I think the queen looks very nice in her Caribbean style/influenced wardrobe but I do wish she would lengthen her trousers a bit to the tops of her shoes at least.
ReplyDeleteshe is a woman of a certain age, that would be a hazard to her well being.

Nouvelle tenue avec ce long haut imprimé aux manches à volants sur fond bleu, couleur qu'elle affectionne particulièrement ; nous la retrouvons dans son pantalon, son sac à mains jusque dans les chaussures qui paraissent toujours confortables !
ReplyDeletePerfect, impressive and not a touch of Natan anywhere.
ReplyDeleteHer many choices of blue for a visit to a Caribbean island has been well made.
Princess Beatrice looks wonderful--her pretty blue blouse is perfect for the sunny island of Curacao. In fact, all of her outfits have been perfect for this royal visit. She is truly delightful lady!
ReplyDeletePrincess Beatrix looks lovely, great, flattering cut and nice, comfy outfit for her visit. I also really like the other lady’s white dress with the blue flowers- so pretty!
