On the occasion of World Sight Day celebrated yesterday, the Countess of Wessex, who has been a Global Ambassador for the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness (IAPB) since 2003, visited Perseid School in London for the purpose of supporting an initiative that encourages school children and everyone to get their eyes tested.
The pupils at Perseid School aged 3-19 have special educational needs and severe and profound learning difficulties and are at greater risk of developing sight problems than other children. During the visit, the children got their eyes tested.
L'association entre ce petit blazer bleu-marine et le pantalon vert va à merveille à Sophie ; j'aime beaucoup ses cheveux attachés sur la nuque !
ReplyDeleteThe jacket too small, the pants, just a no from me. clara
ReplyDeleteWith this beautifull face and thick hair it is nearly impossible to do anything wrong!
ReplyDeleteRelaxed, appropriate outfit.

I like the green pants, nice color but the jacket is too tight and small. Love the picture with the kids.
ReplyDeleteExactly my thoughts !

Sophie is always busy! I ike her choices for the event--trousers and a jacket. However, the jacket is too small--its pulling everywhere. A soft sweater or even a sweater set would have been a better choice. Still, Sophie brings her smile and engaging personality wherever she goes so I feel sure the people she met were thrilled to be with her.
ReplyDeleteThis is not my favorite outfit from her, but it isn't the worst either. As several have pointed out, the jacket is too small. I think a sweater would have worked better here, slightly more relaxed for the children's visit. But I love her hair pulled back like that. She always makes me smile seeing her engagements, she seems like she truly cares.
