Dutch Princess Margriet, accompanied by her husband Professor Pieter van Vollenhoven, opened the Centre for Disaster Resilience (CDR) at the Faculty of Geo-Information Sciences and Earth Observation (ITC) of the University of Twente in Enschede. Before the opening, Princess Margriet and Professor Pieter van Vollenhoven both gave a short speech.
The opening took place during the celebration of the 70th anniversary of ITC. The Centre for Disaster Resilience (CDR) will bring together expertise from a wide range of interconnecting researchers, departments and disciplines at ITC.
Quel plaisir de voir la princesse Margriet toujours vêtue avec beaucoup de goût avec une petite touche automnale ; elle sait harmoniser sa tenue, son sac à bandoulière et ses chaussures à petit talon !
ReplyDeleteThis outfit looks stunning, she looks delightful in this ensemble. The accessories are a fabulous colour and work in well with the tones of her dress. Love her hairstyle. She is a breath of fresh air, and always lovely to see her out and about, such as this visit today.
ReplyDeleteLovely elegant dress Mary
ReplyDeleteLove the field she is supporting! And so elegantly dressed at that. Two thumbs up! -- S.
ReplyDeleteThe last two pictures are particularly nice. Princess Margriet and her husband make a very handsome couple.
ReplyDeletePrincess Margriet's dress is lovely but a bit too short. Did she borrow a pair of shiny panty hose from QMaxima ? I wonder where one can still find those panty hosen which are out of fashion several years now.
