On October 20, 2021, Princess Eugenie of York visited the exhibition 'Art Is Freedom', at Paternoster Square in London. Art is Freedom is Hestia’s annual art and photography exhibition, featuring work created by survivors of modern slavery. The exhibition centers around the theme of ‘hope’ and includes photography and mixed media pieces by men, women and children who have experienced modern slavery.

  1. Seeing only the upper half I thought “Okay”; seeing the whole picture I thought “ oh, no, not okay”.

  2. Glad to see her out and about. This outfit would have been perfect if the skirt reached mid calf, this length is not flattering in general.

  3. Hmmm…not a fan of this outfit. The dress is too short, the Chanel inspired top does not cut it and the boots are just terrible to this, a pair off high heels would have been better.

    1. Using the stylist of her aunt, Princess Ann, is going to get her anywhere.
Maybe a visit to Natan or a video chat to Maxima could be a good move :-))

  4. Cette tenue aurait mieux convenu à Eugénie mais sans les bottes qui coupent trop sa silhouette ; en les remplaçant par des petits talons, elle aurait plus fière allure !

  5. This outfit is too boxy. Isn't elegant on anyone.

  6. This is a rough look. I agree with comments above that this skirt needed to be much longer. It would elongate her body, doing what Kate's red skirt did for her (only Kate didn't need it). It would give a slimming effect. The boots are adding to the problem because they are bulky, giving her legs a heavy appearance, and being flat heeled ends her leg in a stump. The boots on the woman in the tan coat are better because they are sleek and hug the leg. A heel would have elongated her leg, which in turn would have elongated her body and given her a slimmer look. I think she has beautiful legs, so it is a shame she has worn these boots that are not the best match to this dress. It is nice to see her out after so long. ~d

  7. Really not elegant. Dress too short, does not flatter her figure at all. Must say that both daughters of Andrew and Fergie could use in general a better stylist.

  8. I am glad to see PEugenie out and about--she always seems to light up a room with her cheerful and positive personality. As for her outfit--well, certainly not one of her best. If she had chosen different shoes--the boots are just too heavy looking--perhaps she could have looked better in the outfit as is. Yes, a longer skirt would be a better choice. But, the big problem is she is "cut" in 3 places in this outfit: the Chanel-esque bolero-looking top just above the waist, then the shorter hemline exposing her knees and thighs, and finally, the boots. That is not a good optic. One other issue--Eugenie is busty so she doesn't need anything to emphasize that and the Chanel--esque part of the top is not helping her at all.

  10. It's nice to see Princess Eugenie enjoying what she is passionate about, artwork and artists. A youthful contemporary spin on her outfit.
