Queen Silvia presented the Queen Silvia Nursing Awards to students of nursing in a ceremony that took place in the Bernadotte Library of the Royal Palace of Stockholm. The Queen Silva Nursing Award is an international competition for nurses and nursing students, which was established to mark The Queen’s 70th birthday on 23 December 2013.
Last year's ceremony was canceled due to the covid-19 pandemic, so this time the Queen awarded scholarships to the prize winners from both 2019 and 2020. The award aims to encourage nurses to create the right conditions for lasting positive change within treatment and care, with a focus on the elderly. The award includes a prize money and a scholarship.
The queen has the best legs of all, amazing
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking of writing the same ! Do we dare think of possible reasons : advertising makes junk food attractive, is one of them.
DeleteShe has mastered the art of the suit. While not trendy, she always is professionally put together and well groomed.

The art of the suit sums it up perfectly. She wears these smart outfits without looking frumpy or out of date. Really like this particular suit with it's nod to traditional Chanel style suits.
Delete@...Marie and Annie M, I totally agree with the both of you; hardly ever QS wears something which is either il fitted, old fashioned nor to my taste

I appreciate her "Chanel" styled suits. Like Marie said, they are not "trendy," but she wears them well. The older we get, the more we prefer the classics (so says this 70+ year old).
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely agreed. She looks great! A classic and classy style will carry you through the ages.

We have seen this suit before, and like before, it quite suites her, to a T. :)
ReplyDeleteLa reine est toujours élégante dans un tailleur/jupe ; elle ne risque pas de se tromper - La tendance 2021 montre aussi le port du tailleur/pantalon que je trouve très chic !
