On 12 September 2021, Danish Crown Prince family, that is, Crown Prince Frederik, Crown Princess Mary, Princess Isabella, Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine took part in the Royal Run 2021. The race took place in the cities of Aalborg, Copenhagen, Odense and Sønderborg. Due to the pandemic, the Royal Run 2021 had been postponed from May 2021 to September 12, 2021.
Royal Run is organized by the organization “Exercise for life” in collaboration with the Sports Confederation and the Danish Athletics Federation. The Royal Run distinguishes itself from other running events by taking place in Denmark’s five biggest cities- Aalborg, Aarhus, Esbjerg, Odense and Copenhagen – rather than in one central location.
I love how the whole family participates in such a healthy and fun activity together!
