This week, the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall are making visits to different communities in Wales on the occasion of their annual Wales Week. They visited the town of Llantrisant and there, they toured a newly restored building, the Llantrisant Guildhall Heritage and Visitor Centre. At the Guildhall, they met with different community and school groups. The Centre will now be used for different purposes. Its museum will display exhibitions about the town’s history. The Centre also has an activity centre for school groups. In addition, it will host different events like history talks, concerts, and more.
ReplyDeleteThe style of this dress has become her uniform and, as others have said, one looks much like that worn the day before. However, it fits her perfectly, and the fabric and tailoring make each look a bit different. Her hair is a bit shorter, I think, and she looks thinner. I think she looks great. I love her bag.
ReplyDeleteAgreed!
DeleteC.
Was not fond of this the first time she wore it, sadly, it hasnt gotten better. The white fabric makes the pretty pattern look cheaper somehow. cali
ReplyDeleteLike the pattern, like the bag. I like the Duchess of Cornwall’s decision to wear clothes in which she clearly feels comfortable but the contrasting front placket is getting a little predictable. An alternative variation would be good.
ReplyDeleteO no, another scratchy neck zipper.
ReplyDeleteAnd this one does look rather like a housecoat.

Camilla looks good, nice dress in her usual style, and good thing she retired the capped shoes!
ReplyDeleteThe both look good.
Agree that the hair and dress, although predictable, look all right. But please, someone bring her a dozen new brassieres so she can calmly try them on in private and select some that are “uplifting”.
ReplyDeleteI agree ! Predictable but one of her best dresses.
DeleteI don't really understand this recurring "brassiere shaming" , what would people suggest, a steel brassiere? Lot's of 70 year plus woman look like that, (including the Queen herself)! and they just want to be comfortable. I, btw., see nothing wrong, Camilla does not try to squeeze into tight dresses and she looks perfectly fine.
DeleteLovely dress. Camilla found her own style, which is very elegant and suits her figure and age. Sometimes she could use a little bit more vivid colours. However don't like the colour of her shoes.
ReplyDeleteThis dress is very good on Camilla.
ReplyDeleteIt looks if she has lost some weight and it becomes her!
The shoes in matching colour and she would look really great!
Josh
If she would just style her dresses with appropriate belts, I think she would look so much better. I also believe she would look better in trousers, a pretty blouse and a coordinating jacket. Then she could wear a variety of low-heeled shoes .That style is more flattering for her than these house dresses to which she seems so attached.
