The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall are making a 3 day visit to Devon and Cornwall regions. On July 20, 2021, The Prince and the Duchess arrived in the Isles of Scilly. The Prince and Duchess visited St Mary’s and Bryher on the Isles of Scilly. The Isles of Sicilly consist of a group of more than 200 islands located 28 miles from Cornwall, and they have been part of the Duchy of Cornwall since its establishment in the 14th century.
I love her in blue, and this is no exception. Great dress for a warm summer day. Looks like a nice outing. Love the extra detail of the sun umbrella.

Perfect dress (style and colour) for working on a warm summers day on an island.

ReplyDeleteObviously a to warm dress.
ReplyDeleteOtherwise: a typical Camilla dress, good for her.

Other ladies around have a dress with sleeves... A good dress but again so predictable; that is the reverse side of a quality : these dresses fit her so well. I would think she may wish to go for something different from time to time.
DeleteThese are wonderful photos of Charles and Camilla. They look so pleased to visit with the islanders. I especially like the photos of Camilla with the children. She seems very happy, as do the children. Her blue print dress is very summery and I like that it is belted. She seems to be wearing the same necklaces as yesterday. Charles looks nice in his summer suit and lavender shirt and purple tie. I also like his choice of shoes. All in all, a good appearance for both.
ReplyDeletePrince Charles' suits could use a good ironing. What an idea to put on white or almost white shoes ? It seems to me that his suits are always too large for him. MJ
DeleteThey both look great. Think it's well known that the Duchess is not a fan of high temperatures and it was pretty hot in the south of England today hence the parasol. Like the pattern of this dress but not sure if it would be better without the belt. Like Prince Charles's summery outfit.
ReplyDeleteCamilla looks so good in blue--and this is a pretty summery frock--she looks wonderful! I'd also like to praise her for using a parasol--how elegant--to keep the sun at bay. Good sun sense and quite fashionable too.
ReplyDeleteLove Charles' shoes picking up the colour of his suit, and the pink in his tie and the blue cornflour picking up the colours in Camilla's dress. - Ellie
ReplyDeleteThis look just screams posh Brit aristocracy. Like it just does with its simplicity. You know its well made.

Charles needs summer suits that don't bunch up when he walks, such as in photo 6. jj
ReplyDeleteI love her comfortable shoes. I also read a year or two ago that she decided on those kind of shoes for public events, well to wear every where. Love the photo with all the kids and their paintings!
ReplyDeleteThey look nice.
ReplyDeleteThe color and print of the dress are nice for the occasion, however, Charles needs to adapt a more relaxed summer wardrobe instead of hanging onto the ancient suits. jj
