Beatrice Borromeo, accompanied by Lucrezia Buccellati, took part in the photo shoot of Italian jewellery brand Buccellati's new collection “Il Giardino di Buccellati”. The photos were taken at Villa Carlotta. Villa Carlotta is a villa and botanical garden in Tremezzo on Lake Como in Northern Italy. Beatrice Borromeo wore Sadar parure of the collection Il Giardino di Buccellati. Beatrice Borromeo Casiraghi is the Brand Ambassador of Buccellati.
Buccellati Sadar parure and Alyssum cocktail earrings
ReplyDeleteI agree with Tulipe. As often, when I discover some attractive cloth or jewelry designer on this blog, I visit the website of the company. Always quite interesting.
DeleteI also visited the website of Buccellatti, many nice things but quite expensive. Just like Tulipe, I would be glad to wear some of them.
Other than the earrings in the first photograph I find the jewellery absolutely hideous. The beige sleeveless dress is very elegant even if we only see a bit of it.
ReplyDeleteBeatrice is such a beautiful woman! I like the drop earrings but the other jewels shown...no. But all of the items look wonderful on Beatrice and Ms. Buccellati.
ReplyDeleteShe really is beautiful. I like that pinkish beige sleeves dress/trench she is wearing (what we can see anyway), looks beautiful with her coloring.
ReplyDeleteChel
I agree with Tulipe33. The first set of earrings, along with the necklace, is my favorite. Just beautiful. Beatrice is a natural beauty, and her makeup is subtle to let her skin show through. ~d
ReplyDeleteBeatrice is a stunning woman. Sophistication personified.
ReplyDelete- Anon 9:13
Beatrice is very beatiful. And its true that in the world there are many other women as wonderful as her.
DeleteI think money makes the biggest difference.
You are right, I don't see anything so so extra ordinary about her. there are many of women looking like her. She has good taste in clothes but even that not in all.

DeleteMany women can have beauty and good taste in clothing, but the combo beauty, class and good taste to this extent is really rare.
P.
@P, you didn't understand my comment at all.
DeleteAva
P
DeleteReally rare?
What do you think about Princess Sofia of Sweden? I never see this compliment about her.
Nelie
Fully agree with Kaska and Ava, count me in the "I fail to see her beauty" club!
DeleteI know that our views are not popular in this site because many commenters here think that she is beauty personified - BIG MYSTERY to me!! We certainly have different beauty standards in mind. To me she is plainer than plain, outright boring actually, nothing outstanding at all. She is slim - yes, tall - yes, blue eye+fair skin - yes, but all of these do not necessarily sum up to such epitome of beauty that many people here seem to think of her. Oh well, to each his own, I say...
And before you all jump to call me a troll, I am not being mean to her - I don't know her, plus I am sure she doesn't read this site so she will never get neither hurt nor flattered by what we right about her and, for all we know, maybe even she does not regard herself as an iconic beauty - I am just expressing my objective judgement to which I am entitled just as much as anyone else in here. Let's just agree to disagree
Mimi C.
Ava
DeleteSorry.
Nelle
No, I do not see beauty, class, grace and good taste in clothing at the same time in Sofia.
I always see all these qualities mingling together effortlessly in Beatrice.
P.
Moja droga P a księżna Catherine?
Mimi C. , Klara , Laura , Nelie and Kaska welcome to "I fail to see her beauty" club !
DeleteAll the best
Ava
Is there still a seat in the "I fail to see her beauty" club? I don't see anything special about these photos, the jewelry, or the woman. In fact, I think they are rather odd looking. callie
DeleteOf course Callie, you are welcome to the club!
DeleteAva
I’m not all that fond of the jewels, but I think Beatrice looks so beautiful with this light, natural makeup. (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteIf Beatrice is not the epitome of class and beauty personified, then I don't know who she is.
ReplyDeleteBreathtaking!
P.
Indeed!
DeleteFunny because I don't see her at all that way. She is pretty average to me in the looks department. If she is the class and beauty personified, what about Catherine? Mary? Letizia? Rania? My cousin? My best friend? And millions of other women around the globe that do not have her means and army of beauticians, personal trainers, designers at her feet and do not get to be featured on glossy magazines for doing nothing but parading expensive jewellery? With ALL THAT HELP and to still look pretty average ... well, you can draw your own conclusion
DeleteEnjoy your illusions!

Dear P,
DeleteSave your breath, please!
I agree with you on one thing though - I also do not know "who she is". Had she not married the man she did marry, nobody would have ever even considered putting her name and the word "beauty" in the same sentence.... Breathtaking? Give me a break!
Laura
And i have always said the same thing about Kate Middleton and Mary Donaldson. If they had not married into Royal houses they wouldn't look out of place at the supermarket checkoout. Especially before they had their "princess makeovers". The idea that anyone believes those two could compete with Beatrice Borromeo for beauty and elegance is astonishing
DeleteKlara- Laura
ReplyDeleteYour views are ok with me and I' m just expressing my own personal impression.
I am not imposing what I think on others.
Everyone with her opinion and we can all breath normally.
So easy.
Greetings.

ReplyDeleteYou do not seem to read my comments on the Royal ladies you mentioned, otherwise you would have noticed how much I appreciate them.
P.
Klara you are right.
ReplyDeleteMy own thoughts. Exactly the same.

ReplyDeleteI just want to clarify that Beatrice did not need her husband to elevate herself.
Maybe you do not know she belongs to the noble family Borromeo from Milan and she has probably nobler ancestors than her husband.
A research could be of some help.
Of course, she got more public exposure with her marriage and work , but all this is not essential in her case.
And I reckon her beautiful irrispective of whom she married.
My opinion.
P.
I find it so weird that Beatrice has attracted this school-yard trolling of late on this blog. What could she possibly have done to offend you except be born into privilege and good genetics. She was a well known beauty and style icon (as were her sisters) before her marriage. She also had a good career and continues to do good work. Having said all that, I don't like this set of jewelry on her as it's too bulky and ostentatious. There are other Buccellati pieces I prefer on her.
ReplyDeleteNina
DeleteHow very true!!
I guess that who despises Beatrice does not even know that she belongs to a noble family dating back to the 15 th century.
Is is her fault being beautiful, born into aristocracy and working as a model? This may be disturbing for some, not for me.
There are no excuses to explain this unnecessary hate.
In conclusion ,I would say : everyone with her 'illusions' and some/ many with their envy.
P.
My piszemy o jej rzekomej urodzie.
DeleteKaska
Anybody claiming to be objective when discussing whether someone is beautiful or not is deceiving themselves. It is by very nature a subjective opinion as everyone has different ideas about makes someone beautiful. I'm in the "I don't think Madeleine is absolutely stunning" club. She's pretty but a bit too 50s pin up for my personal taste.
ReplyDeleteI think she is attractive but I don't find her stunning. I do think she dresses well. And she isn't just known for her marriage - she modelled for Valentino long before Pierre was on the scene.
Life would boring if we all found the same things attractive/beautiful or plain/ugly.
G
Jola
And if you can't see it that's fair enough - that's why it's subjective. So I don't think there is much point in wasting energy getting annoyed by something that is just a matter of personal taste and opinion.
DeleteG
She is beautiful and accomplished!
ReplyDeleteBeauty is in the eye of the beholder!
ReplyDeleteAva
So you are blind.
DeleteHanna
So you completely missed the point then Hanna...
DeleteG
@ G, it only shows that Hanna don't know the meaning of quote.
DeleteAva
I agree with P, as I find Beatrice not only attractive, but incredibly elegant. I understand that we all have different perspectives on beauty, but c’mon ladies p, there is no need to be so harsh, she may not be the epitome of beauty, but she could never ve called homely, or plain.
ReplyDeleteCherry
Thank you Cherry, that is what I think exactly.
DeleteEveryone has a right to their opinions, but being unreasonably harsh is quite a different thing.
Moreover, I can't understand why somebody considers Beatrice as a sort of social climber without even knowing which family she comes from.
Her beauty can be discussed, but not her origins and her work as a model, which started some time before her marriage.
These are facts, not opinions.
Have a nice day.
P.
Komentujemy jej urodę. Wy ją widzicie. My nie.
DeleteAndrzej
Some of the comments are like loaded pistols, calm down!
ReplyDeleteSo just out of curiosity - has this blog just been discovered in Poland? Strange how so many Polish people all with the same strong opinion are now commenting.
ReplyDeleteI suppose you can get that site all over the world. It shouldn't really matter nationality of people who are commenting, it doesn't matter to me. Maybe somehow you can get the answer from producers of this site.
DeleteHave a nice day girls.
All the best for you.
Poland is beautiful.
Kaska
Beatrice reminds me of a young Queen Paola. Both stunning women. Ana
ReplyDeleteAgreed. Classy, beautiful northern Italian beauties. Very dignified and naturally elegant.
DeleteCH
Queen Paola is from southern Italy( born an aristocrat).
