Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit met with the Norwegian Sea Rescue Society (RS - Redningsselskapet) at Honnorbrygga in Oslo for a brief on emergency preparedness this summer. During the visit, the Crown Prince and Crown Princess received information about the measures taken by the rescue company. The Norwegian Sea Rescue Society, is a nationwide humanitarian association whose purpose is to save lives, salvage assets and protect the coastal environment of Norwegian waters.
ReplyDeleteWhat a breath of fresh air these pictures from Norway are!
ReplyDeleteCP Mette Maritt's white dress with blue cardigan looks great, the detail at the waist gives it a special pep. The flat shoes are just right for the occasion.
Both look healthy and happy.
Agree completely.

DeleteE.B.B.
I'm an "agree" also.
DeleteLovely summery look. I also like the blue and white dress worn by one of the other ladies in the photos. Shoes are meh but necessary for the occasion
ReplyDeleteLovely outfit!
ReplyDeleteThey both look great! Also, they seem so sympathetic. Judy
ReplyDeleteFor heaven's sake, would it KILL her to wear a piece of jewelry?
ReplyDeleteYou don't wear jewelry when you visit a Sea Rescue Society!
DeleteSpeak for yourself! :-)
DeleteI mean, she's not even wearing earrings. She's such a disappointment when it comes to jewelry.
Nice outfit for the occasion. However... her boobs are a very odd shape. If the white dress were perhaps one size bigger... ~Laurel~
ReplyDeleteSome just have to be negative. MM looks great. She's scandinavian. Down to earth. In touch with the common people and look great dressed down with or without jewlery. Good to see them out and about in the nice weather. Anne
ReplyDeleteIt's not "negative" to wish that a crown princess would wear ANY jewelry.
