On June 19, 2021, Queen Elizabeth II attended the final day (fifth day) of the Royal Ascot 2021 held at Ascot Racecourse in Ascot. The Queen arrived at Ascot was greeted to a huge cheer. This is the first time the Queen has attended Royal Ascot in two years due to the global health emergency which has limited attendance.

She looks spectacular here - the hat’s design and colours, and the details on the coat ( fine pleating, covered buttons) are simply outstanding. Even more importantly she looks genuinely delighted to be there. What a amazing woman she is! (V.M.)

    1. You read my mind, V.M. Completely agree with you, well said!

Pity we didn't see William and Kate this year, I was really looking forward to see Kate at Ascot!

I do agree with both of you
I may be wrong, but I think the Cambridges chose not to be there to let the Queen have all the attention, which I greatly appreciate.
The Queen always steals the show in any case and it is a real pleasure to see her smile after all the sorrow and pressures she has come through recently.

The Queen looks very good here. I love the pink and blue colour tones together and coincidentally have them as accent colours in a sunny, white guest bedroom at home. The pleated detail on her coat is beautiful. Happy to see her laughing brightly.

  7. I can't add anything to the other remarks concerning her lovely outfit. It is a joy to see her smiling face. In spite of whatever befalls Her Majesty, she always bounces back to show us her happy spirit.

  8. Lovely outfit top to bottom. Perfect color. The red/pink color of the roses on the hat give the right break to the overall blue. I love the pleated detail of the coat.
The Queen is never happier than when she is in the environment of horses and an equestrian event -- and nothing surpasses Ascot. May we be blessed with her presence for more years to come.

  9. How wonderful to see HM at Ascot!!! I am so happy she was able to attend this year--knowing how much she loves racing I am sure she truly wanted to attend. That second photo shows her real joy. She looked so pretty in her ensemble today--her hat was particularly fetching with the pretty pink and red roses and I especially loved the pleating on her coat. She also wore one of her mother's favorite brooches--maybe way to recognize her mother's love of racing too. Long live the Queen!!!
