On May 5, Crown Princess Mary took part in the online Womenomics Nordic Business Conference 2021. The Crown Princess gave an opening speech at the online conference. Womenomics is the largest conference of its kind in the Nordic countries and for seven years has explored women’s impact on the global economy: as consumers, leaders and innovators.
With Nordic and international keynote addresses, business cases and research presentations, the program provides a deep dive on gender diversity, female-driven growth potential and business trends in the new normal. In 2017, the Crown Princess received “The Womenomics Global Impact Award 2017” for her work to help women improve their conditions and exploit their full potential in Denmark and abroad.

Another pretty blouse.

Lovely blouse, I like the soft colors, they look great with her dark hair. I think her eye makeup is a little heavy, but otherwise she looks beautiful.

What a lovely blouse, decorated with these beautiful flowers. Love it!
ReplyDeleteMary a l'air de beaucoup aimer ce joli chemisier à fleurs aux couleurs très douces ; avec ses cheveux plus foncés, elle a beaucoup d'allure !
ReplyDeleteThe quality of all these recent pictures is fairly poor, so it is difficult to express an opinion on colors; for me eye makeup is too strong and hair color too dark. Lovely blouse indeed.
DeleteIsn't this the same blouse she wore for a school welfare meeting recently?
ReplyDeleteOr maybe the two meetings were on the same day.
Bad photos that don't do her any justice. But this is often the case with video meetings and the images they turn out.
Yes same blouse as on 1st May
DeleteWomenomics?
ReplyDeleteSounds a bit try-hard as a cause. You´d think that - after decades of exploring gender equality ideas and implementing egalitarian principles - the Nordic countries have more pressing issues than that.
Also, a Womenomics award? And what exactly did Mary achieve to deserve it?
This is pure ideology-pushing if you ask me, using the crown princess as a PR tool.
I think Crown Princess Mary is always working toward helping and focusing on ways to improve the lives of others. If her position helps to raise awareness of situations that's great. I like what she is wearing it looks good.
DeleteAgree w OP. And the PR for these Scandi socialist nations is very self-regulating, meaning press doesn't report on humanitarian issues out of "decency." A little digging reveals all the same issues my daughter tells me - regulary harassed by gender, ethnicity, and age, at her Denmark job, much worse than for ladies in the US because in the US ppl are willing to say it isn't right, not "just ignore, etc".
DeleteCP M is an enigma to me, from Tasmania and so different in cultures and nationality in every way. Yet she chooses this.
And chooses this blouse. God love her, and God Save Us All.
How funny these comments are to me - a society offering support for women being bashed by women. Do us all a favour and go bash some autocrats instead. Along the way, please educate yourselves on what socialism really means. Scandinavian countries have market economies that have been described as capitalism that is 'cuddly' rather than 'cut-throat'. Definitely not socialist. As to fashion - I think her top looks good.
DeleteEn regardant mieux mon commentaire, j'ai remarqué les boucles d'oreilles portées par Mary mais j'aimerais savoir si elles sont à clips ou à fermoir papillon ?!
ReplyDeleteSorry but I don't like this blouse.
