On the afternoon of Thursday April 8, Queen Máxima paid an online working visit to The Dutch Choir Network. The Dutch Choir Network (Koornetwerk Nederland) is the largest art sector association in the Netherlands and the impact of the corona pandemic on this form of expression is huge. The European Choral Association estimates that there are about 1.7 million people in the Netherlands singing together.

As of December 1, 2020, there is an urgent government advice for amateur choirs not to sing in groups. During the online visit, Queen Máxima spoke with representatives and board members of The Dutch Choir Network, and some choristers about the impact of the corona pandemic on their activities.

    1. Yep, Oh dear.
But you've got to give her good marks for the smile and the work she does.

  2. Her hair is looking gorgeous! I think she had a good Keratin treatment. Good job!

To be honest, my hair looks like this and I don't like it. I'm aging, my hair is thin and brittle, and I often wear it up which damages it more, and I swim. My guess is chlorine damage for Q Maxima. I hope both of us get some hair help :)

My hair looks like this. I swim, I'm aging, I am in sun, my hair is thin and just a real PITA. Breaking, endless trouble. I wear it up, it breaks more. I wear hats and wraps a lot.

  7. Is she wearing a mint colored printed skirt (or trousers) with this blouse? Oh man. I have no words for the combination of this outfit if that is the case. And her hair looked so good the other day, too bad it was a one off.

    1. I was wondering the same. If so, a big no to "mint colored printed skirt (or trousers) ". Hair : quite difficult to keep high standards every day with damaged hair, if that is the right way to call it. I have to deal with that as well, but there are indeed some good products and steadiness is the key.

I really like this queen and her work ethics...a cute shorter hairstyle with an under curl would do worlds of good to her appearance. It's really the only bad thing people say about her. She's otherwise spot on. Ann B
