Min Stora Dag (My Big Day) has rescheduled its various activities due to the corona pandemic. Much of its events are held online. On Tuesday 20 April, the Royal Palace opened its halls for a very special online visit. A group of children, via the charity organization Min Stora Dag, got a guided and online tour of the Royal Palace.
The host couple for the online visit were the Royal Palace's museum teachers who took on the roles of King Gustav III and Queen Sofia Magdalena. For just over an hour, the children were allowed to follow through the castle halls, and ask questions about everything. At the end of the online visit, the children received an online greeting from Princess Madeleine who is patron of Min Stora Dag.
Min Stora Dag is a nationwide organization that collaborates with all hospitals and other health care providers in Sweden to make seriously ill children have good experiences. These activities are organized by Min Stora Dag and it tries to realize the dreams of children staying at pediatrics hospitals of the country and suffering life risks.
Quel ravissant imprimé fleuri tout en légèreté dans des teintes très printanières - J'aimerais bien voir Madeleine le porter ; elle est toujours aussi belle avec son superbe regard ainsi que sa chevelure qui me fait penser à du miel !
ReplyDeleteI am sure the children (and adults) loved the guided tour of the palace. Princess Madeleine looks wonderful in the pretty floral dress, and her smile and dimples are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely agree. I think this is a great dress for her. She is beautiful on the outside and in.

Pretty dress. I do like the Princess's hair - both colour and style.

Good to see Princess Madeleine again. Missed her.
ReplyDeleteLovely dress and her smile is so warm and beautiful.

She looks good, but somehow different. I guess partly due to aging, partly due to weightloss, partly due to stress, I assume (she looks tired). Still a beautiful woman, but she´s lost a bit of her shine.
ReplyDeleteThe dress is cute but too short for my liking.
If I lived in sunny Miami in the gated "Pinecrest" community as Princess Madeline does I do not think I would be too stressed. The Mansions there are on waterfront lots and they are fabulous!
DeleteI also thought the baby fat was definitely a thing of the past. But I also find that very attractive, especially in her case. She's at a great age where women look their best. She just looks great, for me the most beautiful royal lady by far.

DeleteIt looks like Madeleine has had fillers or both or some sort of work she was natural beauty anyway & I don't think any of that work does her justice Mary I
ReplyDeleteWe probably shouldn't be talking about this, but Madeleine have used botox and fillers for years. We have seen it on photos for a long, long time. She has less wrinkles now then she had when she was 18 ;) Betty
DeleteOh, Betty, wrinkled 18-year-old...poor teenagers! If they're wrinkled at the tender age of 18, they'll look like a wrinkly prunes by the time they hit their 30s...wow.

How quick some people are to speculate about fillers and botox. Do you use them yourself?
ReplyDeleteI'm in my 40s but don't have visible wrinkles. Why Madeleine should be wrinkled in her 30s? It looks like she is agening well and motherhood agrees with her.
As to her looking 'different' : those are camera images. Because of the proximity of your face to the camera, the lens can distort certain features and we are not used to see her from that side. Its wrong to judge someone on the basis of those pics I think.

We don't have to be completely blind.

Princess Madeleine is such a beautiful and charming woman. Good to see her involvement with Min Stora Dag, it looked like a fun event for the children.
ReplyDeleteMadeleine's floral dress looks summery and fresh. I like it.
As to fillers/botox/nip/tuck, fyi these days there are better options to take care of your skin.
