On Friday, Buckingham Palace released two photos of Queen Elizabeth and The Prince of Wales enjoying the fresh spring air during a walk in the grounds of Frogmore House, Windsor. The Palace also wrote the following caption on its Twitter account: "The Queen and The Prince of Wales enjoy a walk in the grounds of Frogmore House" The snapshots are meant to mark the Easter weekend. The photos were taken by Chris Jackson on March 23.
ReplyDeleteCharles does have a terrible habit of putting his hands in his pockets. Nearly all of his coats and jackets are misshapen because of it. ~d
DeleteI just love Her Majesties knitted fair isle gloves that match her scarf and the very sensible coat and ankle boots for a walk in the chilly weathe.
ReplyDeleteLovely.

Lovely mother and son pictures!

My thoughts exactly!
DeleteWhy is it that Charles’ coat always looks so ratty ?
ReplyDeleteLiz, what means "ratty"? I am no native-speaker.
DeleteI find the photos lovely!
the coat looks ratty because it's one he's had 90% of his life.

Lovely pictures of mother and son. They look happy and relaxed together.
ReplyDeleteLove the daffodils and blooming trees in the backround. Spring is coming. There's something calming about the knowledge that long winter is over.

Such lovely pictures of The Queen and Prince Charles on a walk among the flowers of spring. 💚

The gardens look beautiful. Great to see Her Majesty and Prince Charles out and about on a nice spring day. It is so good to be part of a democratic society ;the Commonwealth. Funny enough a Chinese Embassy has just opened in a suburb of Adelaide; we don't want communism in our streets; the fences around the place, are more fortified than a prison.(Tara)
