  2. Basically everything looks pretty good about Queen Letizia, but this time there is really something to complain about:

The blazer has no expressiveness and somehow doesn't look like anything or even a bit stuffy and suburban, at least too modest or demure.

I always see the trousers with their strange length in really older women who want to get some air on their legs in warmer weather, but want to show as little skin as possible because of varicose veins.

Well, I don't think the Spanish queen has to stock up on such clothes even in anticipation of the worst developments.

I also think she has got it wrong this time. Normally with an oversized jacket it looks better with long, slim pants. Loose cropped pants wreck the silhouette.

  3. This outfit does not flatter her. The blazer is too long and the cropped trousers too short in my opinion. Queen Letizia seems to vanish in this "loud" and boxy checked blazer. She has so many elegant outfits which suit her much more than this particular combination.

I'm not 100% on this jacket. I think it's a bit overwhelming either because of the size of the houndstooth or maybe because it isn't nipped in enough around the waist.

I was very much enjoying the look of a well fitted jacket and what looked like another very well put together look of the Queen, until I got to the full-length photos. Oh dear.... how to destroy a potentially great look! I know that they are on trend but I cannot wait for these silly half-mast trousers to go out of fashion, they do not flatter anyone, IMO. It's a big NO from me today I'm afraid.

These pieces do not work well together, in my opinion. She looks lost in this jacket. I think the fabric would look better in a coat. If the jacket had been shorter and more nipped in, it may have looked better on her petite figure. I love houndstooth, so this exploded houndstooth is really to my liking. I am one of the few that appreciate the cropped pants, and think Letizia is one of the few that knows how to wear them well. This time, not so much. I prefer a much shorter top or jacket with these pants. ~d

The cropped trousers are not the best choice with this oversized jacket. . Pencil skirt or longer slim trousers would have been more flattering. It may be in vogue but somehow looks outdated and unflattering. Rare miss from Queen Letizia.

Love the oversized houndstooth jacket. The proportions of the jacket and cropped pants are off and overwhelm Letizia's petite frame. A pair of slim cut black pants, leather leggings or the matching skirt would look better.

  9. I seem to be alone! I love this outfit. Not a fan of cropped pants but today they go well with the jacket for me.

  10. Preciosa chaqueta, adoro la pata de gallo. Los pantalones tienen un aspecto muy cómodo y los zapatos son geniales.
