AECID and the Carolina Foundation have joined together their different scholarship, assistantship and internship programmes on a single web page. On February 17, 2021, King Felipe and Queen Letizia attended the presentation of the Scholarships of the Spanish Cooperation: BecasQueCambianVidas at the Viana Palace in Madrid.
Through this initiative, the Spanish Cooperation enhances its joint education scholarship strategy in solidarity with its partner countries in order to strengthen these capacities through international academic mobility.
The platform contains all the information about numerous education plans and professional internships and bears the slogan “Scholarships that change lives, scholarships to foster the common good”. The platform was created by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) and the Carolina Foundation.
I love what she is wearing but is it warm enough for this?
ReplyDeleteIt is a ceremony inside a building, in winter women wear cocktail dresses too by protocol, this year she has worn something elegant but not a very sophisticated one, given the situation.
DeleteThis color-coordinated combination is miles better than the weirdly large dress yesterday.
ReplyDeleteThe queen often knows how to wrap her delicate figure in such a way that she looks subtly feminine and even a little curvy. So again this time.
The heels are actually the right choice for the tight skirt, flats would have looked weird and destroyed the entire look. I think the straps (strings?) make them reasonably comfortable.

We see them often in the last weeks, I think that is very good.
ReplyDeleteLetizia: well dressed as always and the King, very handsome, as always!
Perfectly summarised, Anon 12:43. Entirely agree
DeleteLovely!
ReplyDeleteLetizia looks good, the shoes are stylish, nice clutch purse. It obviously isn't cold in Spain; I thought it was winter in the northern hemisphere.
ReplyDeleteA lovely soft color for this repeated outfit, but a blazer would have pulled the look together Majestad. Ana#1
ReplyDeleteQueen Letizia is dressed simply, but looks divine.
ReplyDeleteI agree. Just goes to show you that less is more!
DeleteBeaucoup d'allure dans cette jupe-crayon taille haute bien combinée à ce chemisier bleu-marine à petites manches ; magnifiques escarpins originaux !
ReplyDeleteBeautiful summer look. I have a question for fellow discussants: Doesn't she have stockings? Don't know what the protocol about wearing / not wearing stockings says? Do the rules differ from country to country?
ReplyDeleteStephanie
I love the streak of silver in her hair..very sophisticated and unique. She is beautiful in every way.
ReplyDeleteHermosa Letizia. Ella no necesita emperifollarse para verse maravillosa. Sencillez y sobriedad.

ReplyDeleteAn Artists?? Lol...who thinks that terrorism is good?
DeleteAlso, the King is not a judge and does not make the laws..
Are these comnets allowed, about sentences and terrorists?
ME
Young artist? Who thinks that kill people is a good thing? As the terrorism group ETA?
DeleteWho is this troll?
Amaia
I do not know why this commet is permmited. Thown "an artist' in prison? It has been the law, and he was a peson in favour of terrorism. The King is only a diplomatic, not a judge. Wasn't this a blog about fashion? AB
DeleteLove that pencil skirt, the color is beautiful (and of course tailored to perfection). I also love the strappy pumps. Gorgeous. Felipe is looking as handsome as ever.
