Queen Maxima spoke online with various people about the MIND Blue Monday Run
On the afternoon of January 18, 2020, Queen Maxima spoke online with social workers, experts and participants of the MIND Blue Monday Run about sadness and depression. During the conversations, special attention was paid to the influence of the coronavirus outbreak on the mental health of young people and young adults.
Among other things, the differences between the first and the second wave of the pandemic were discussed and the question of how people who suffer from sadness or depression can be helped was spoken about. Afterwards, some participants of the MIND Blue Monday Run talked about the importance of outdoor exercise for people's mental health.
Blue Monday is the name given to a day in January (typically the third Monday of the month) said by a UK travel company, Sky Travel, to be the most depressing day of the year. The formula uses many factors, including: weather conditions, debt level, time since Christmas and low motivational levels.
Queen Maxima looks very pretty, and I applaud her for participating in this program. I am sure all of us have suffered a degree of fear and depression during this pandemic. I am happy to report that I received the first dose of vaccine today. I pray that the vaccine will be available worldwide very soon.
ReplyDeleteToujours aussi jolie mais je n'aime pas la grosse monture de ses lunettes ; avec ces belles boucles d'oreilles, cela ne l'avantage pas du tout !
ReplyDeleteToo much!
ReplyDeleteI do like Maxima's glasses. I'm not sure what she was thinking with those huge white earrings (they are so heavy, look at how much they are pulling her earlobes, ouch).
