The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall visited Salisbury Cathedral
On December 7, 2020, The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall attended a service in celebration of the 800th anniversary of Salisbury Cathedral in Wiltshire. The medieval cathedral is a living church and a place of prayer with daily services. The Prince and the Duchess unveiled a special engraved stone to mark the anniversary and met clergy and other guests connected with the cathedral and the city.
The third lovely blue coat of the day. This is great. Like this one too and it's perfect with the Duchess's black accessories, including the mask.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful occasion. I like the Duchess's coat and hat.
ReplyDeleteHe needs a new coat, this one is as old as he is. :) like her mask.
ReplyDeleteVery elegant coat in a lovely colour
ReplyDeletevery nice coat.
ReplyDeleteLove their coats. Makes me feel warm and snug just looking at them.
DeleteHowever, I'd go for a slightly smaller (but still cosy) hat.
Yes, her mask is "fun".
More or less off topic but …….. if you are in the region of Salisbury and if you are interested and if you have the time, take a visit to Salisbury Cathedral.
DeleteEight hundred years of history and some of its features are amongst the “best of” in Britain.
Of course, spring and summer are the best periods to visit this region. Picture book, English countryside at its best.
And you are just two steps away from Stonehenge.
The Duchess looks great. I love that shade of blue on her. The coordating mask is a fun add. The pin is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteChel
the duchess is always beautiful dressed, for her age.
