On Thursday, December 17, Princess Sofia participated in the Swedish Heroes Gala held online this year. During the autumn, the Princess has been a member of the jury and participated in selecting the six heroes of the year who were honored during the gala.

Among 9,000 nominations, the jury selected six heroes for the gala: Guardian Angel of the Year, Fellow Human of the Year, Champion of the Year, Life Saver of the Year, Lifetime Achievement of the Year and Child Heroes of the Year. The Princess took part in the gala with a greeting to Emma Schols, who was named Life Saver of the Year and with a greeting to all of Sweden's healthcare employees.

The newspaper Aftonbladet conducts its Swedish Heroes campaign in association with TV4. The Swedish Heroes Gala pays tribute to people who have made extraordinary contributions to the Swedish people. Princess Sofia wore a new deep blue dress from By Malina.

    What a wonderful photo, her dress reminds me of that famous dark-blue dress Catherine wore when William and she announced their wedding! (Is that correct english? Or is it "William and her"??)

    Sorry Sofia, A miss this time.
    The asymmetrical hair doesnot suit her and the high belt is not nice.

    She looks great, the blue is a beautiful color and she looks so radiant during this stage of her pregnancy. Her hair is a little too long for my particular taste, but since it is done nicely I certainly can't complain about that ;)

    Bien belle dans cette robe bleue mais la ceinture haute coupe trop sa silhouette ; le modèle porté par Catherine le jour de l'annonce de son mariage comportait un joli drapé croisé sous sa poitrine !

      Oui mais Sofia est enceinte alors cette forme lui convient parfaitement. la robe de Catherine OK mais elle était très menue et surtout pas encore enceinte...

    I think she is lovely, but I would think that belt buckle just below her bust is very uncomfortable, especially when sitting.

    Sofia is a pleasant surprise among women who was married into royal families. Compared to others, she may have had a harder start - she was a model, a waitress, a participant in a reality TV show. But today she is right member of royal family - she works tirelessly in charity, without drama and scandals, she is kind and loyal. She radiates peace from her. Someone could teach from her.
    To the fashion: Her hair is nice, combed. The dress has a high waist due to pregnancy. Nice lady.

    Sofia looks great. The dress is pretty and the rich blue looks great with Sofia's coloring. Nice earrings. Hair styling isn't my favorite but it doesn't detract from the overall look.

      It was announced at the end of November, she had COVID. Based on that and the fact she and Carl Philip have made appearances I’m sure they have recovered and are no longer infectious.

    Anonymous @11:25, Exactly how having had COVID is relevant, or are you trying to give news that have been public for some time? Would you come to a blog and say... “she has a cold, the flu, faringitis, migraine etc., what’s wrong with you? Or are you 12?

      covid is not flu or faringitis , and royals are not immune fron pandemy. If she had it and recovered why not tell it to the world and give a hopeful news? looks like they are ashamed, and looks also that their fan dont even want to touch this matter....
