On October 13, 2020, Queen Jetsun Pema of Bhutan visited the Queen’s Project Office for the launch of 5 new products of the One Gewog, One Product (OGOP) initiative. The launched products include Turmeric and Cardamom flavoured Honey, Honey with Cordycep, Quinoa Cereal Balls and Perilla Dalle paste. OGOP is an initiative by the Queen’s Project office.
13 October also marks the foundation day of the Queen’s Project Office of His Majesty’s Secretariat, and OGOP. The program teaches and assists local farmers in packaging and branding their products. OGOP is an outlet through which local produce from farmers across the country are packaged, marketed and sold with support of the Queen’s Project office.
It aims to boost local economy and strengthen grassroots communities through support of value addition of local produce, packaging and market access. A diverse range of natural food products and traditional handicrafts, produced by rural communities, are being sold at the OGOP stores, bringing direct economical benefits to local communities.
How beautiful and graceful she is!
ReplyDeleteIndeed.
DeleteIs there a video I missed? How can you add graceful, when its a still photo? btw, I think she's beautiful.

DeleteAbsolutely!

Oh great - the language police are out again!

DeleteGracefulness is something you can perceive, you do not need watching a video.
Anyway, yes I saw other videos of this Queen some time ago and she moved graciously.
They are easy to find.

Yes, you are right, the language patrol is on duty.
The language police in town again.
DeleteAh sut, I'm gonna have ta keep me net curtains drawn for the next couple of days.
@Deadeggs
DeleteYour comment is funny and true at the same time.
Gonna follow your good piece of advice.
I will keep my curtains drawn too!!
To the language patrol: please, have mercy on me!
La reine est une très belle jeune femme, mère de deux adorables petits garçons ; je trouve que nous ne la voyons pas assez quand elle est vêtue de magnifiques tenues aux couleurs chatoyantes !
ReplyDeleteHM is such a beautiful woman ! Oozes elegance! Ana
ReplyDeleteLovely to see a post about a seldom seen Queen and a very encouraging project under her office. The subdued colours of her clothing are perfect for a working visit, while still remaining elegant. Very nice.

Agreed. Would be nice to see a little more of this beautiful Queen.
DeleteВрло елегантна Краљица Ђецун Пема!
ReplyDeleteСталожена и модерна. Интересантан пројекат.

Bhutan - 313 "cases" and zero deaths, and Jetsun Pema (and others) is wearing a mask? ~Laurel~
ReplyDeleteHave you considered the fact that the masks may be the reason? Please stop doing this. We know your view.
DeleteFor goodness sake stop! Why have you put cases in inverted commas? It's a real thing - maybe a "case" in your close circle might stop your ridiculous flat earth posturing on a fashion blog!
DeleteThe king and queen in non-royal clothes (14Oct). ~Laurel~

Thanks for the link. Nice to see a photo of that very handsome King with his wife. I find him quite "yummy" , you know.
DeleteBut then, I've got a bad reputation for being a bit of a flirter.
We do not see enough of this lovely and gracious Queen. Stunning.
ReplyDeleteShe is a very beautiful young woman, but I can´t remember a picture where she is laughing or showing a real bright smile. Maybe it´s the rules??
ReplyDeleteI love their handmade silks. Stunning and priceless!!
She is a beautiful woman and very elegant.
ReplyDeleteShe looks lovely - she is a very elegant and attractive woman.
ReplyDeleteJust noting for language police that graceful refers to displaying grace in form or action : pleasing or attractive in line, proportion, or movement. It can also apply to behaviour. So we don't need a video to agree she is graceful! Elle
ReplyDeleteRight!!
DeleteA perfect explanation, thank you.
