Danish Royal Family took part in Danish School Sport Day 2020

On October 9, 2020, Crown Prince Frederik visited Nivå School in North Zealand on the occasion of the Danish School Sport Day 2020. During his visit, the Crown Prince met with students of the school and took part in an exercise. The Crown Prince said that he sent his own children Prince Christian, Princess Isabella, Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine to play beach volleyball on the coast.. He also shared a photo of them on his social media account.

The Sport Day is held every year in week 41. School students from all over the country participate in an active day with a focus on movement and community. The Danish School Sport Day has been organised since 1982. Every year 96% of Danish schools are holding different activation events to celebrate the day of movement. The theme of the this year's event is "The Global Goals in Motion".
