Princess Benedikte visited an exhibition about Vigdís Finnbogadóttir
On Saturday 19 September 2020, Princess Benedikte visited the exhibition "Vigdis Finnbogadottir, The World's First Elected Female President" at the cultural center Nordatlantens Brygge (The North Atlantic House) in Copenhagen. The exhibition is about Vigdís Finnbogadóttir, who became the first elected female president in the world when she won the Icelandic presidential election on June 29, 1980.
Upon arrival, Princess Benedikte was welcomed by Director of North Atlantic Wharf Karin Elsubudóttir Heinesen and National Coordinator of The Olave Baden-Powell Society Marianne Karstensen. Through posters, photographs and film clips, Vigdís Finnbogadóttir's life and work as president and her efforts for increased dialogue and cooperation across borders and peoples are displayed.
Belle association entre le corail fleuri de sa jupe, de sa longue veste et le turquoise clair de son chemisier ; choix judicieux car elle a beaucoup de goût !
ReplyDeleteBenedikte has an incredible sense of style. She looks fantastic all the time!
ReplyDeleteAnother stylish outfit. The turquoise and peach combo is amazing. Not sure if alternative shoes/ sandals might have been better—- very small quibble for this lovely Princess
ReplyDeleteI never care for this style shoe either.
DeleteShe is a striking lady with a amazing figure!!!
ReplyDeleteShe is such a stylish and elegant woman. This outfit looks great, casual but refined.
