Max Mara Jumpsuit - Spring 19 Collection
Crown Princess Mary presented the Danish Industry Award 2020
On September 29, 2020, Crown Princess Mary presented the Danish Industry - DI Award 2020 in connection with the DI Business Summit 2020 at Industriens Hus in Copenhagen. Each year, the DI Prize is awarded to a member company that has made a special effort within a theme that is relevant to business and society.
This year, the Crown Princess presented the DI Award 2020 to a company which has launched an initiative which both contributes to the transformation of society towards a greener model and improves the company's competitive standing. The Confederation of Danish Industry (DI) is a private business and employers' organisation representing approximately 11,700 companies in Denmark. Crown Princess Mary wore a jumpsuit from Max Mara.
This is very stylish and modern on Mary.
ReplyDeleteReal Max Mara: allways simple and good.
At first I thought "well, a grey jacket is a grey jacket ...", but the exciting part begins with the waistline, when the jacket shows us that it is not a jacket at all. Businesslike meets feminine attractivity, very well done.

DeleteCouldn't agree more. What a perfect explaination.
Totally agree!
DeleteShe looks gorgeous while sitting`down but I am not too mad about the fit of the trousers around the hip area. I think I just hate shorter length narrow bottomed trousers with stilettos. I never find it very elegant. Still the overall effect is very soignee.
ReplyDeleteAgree in every detail. I do not like stilettos with this trouseres (cut).

I normally am not a fan of jumpsuits but this one works because at first glance it looks like a plain old regualr suit. I know the top portion is designed to be men's cut/relaxed but I think it would look better on Princess Mary if it were even more fitted. She's a bit petite and this cut swallows her.
ReplyDeleteReminds me of a modern 80's power suit, in all the right ways. I love a good jumpsuit, and I'm glad she didn't go with anything underneath (like the model). Good choice of simple accessories.

Stunning jumpsuit:-)
ReplyDeleteWhat can be said about perfection?
ReplyDeleteChapeau, Mary!
Quelle belle silhouette dans cette combinaison au décolleté bien gracieux qu'elle porte mieux que le mannequin ; qui pourrait dire dans quel tissu ce modèle a été créé ? Merci par avance !
ReplyDeleteGreat jumpsuit. It has been well tailored to her body. Love the ponytail.

A Jump suit - I assume it's 2 pieces - no, this one is a miss for me.
ReplyDeleteColour, style, shoes. But why not try something different, it is everyone prerogative
We don't have to like everything the Royal Ladies wear, and this is a fashion Blog, so I feel free to critique. In my humble opinion this does not look right, the tucked in jacket (or blouse?), the pleats, the fake zipper, the length, the stilettos. This is a odd look, PC Mary can do much better.
No, it's a jumpsuit - from Max Mara.
DeleteI also don't think it works- I don't like how it sits around the hips and I don't like the length. I do like the colour.
Janine, why do you feel compelled to elaborate about feeling free to dissent. People disagree about fashion all the time, and that is what makes this blog interesting.. speaking of disagreeing, I love the entire outfit, color, length , business meets femininity. Also love the hair and shoes.
ReplyDeleteMy thoughts exactly Isabel.
DeleteI dont normally like jumpsuits, but this one works really well. CP Mary looks fabulous. Love her shoes and clutch. Hair is perfect.
ReplyDeleteShe looks lovely when standing, however the trousers when she's sitting down, with the very high heels looks a bit odd.
ReplyDeletecp mary looks. so chic. so smart. think she wore this in sweden. brillant. super uber cool.
