The Duchess of Sussex celebrates her 39th birthday in Los Angeles today. Queen Elizabeth and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have wished the Duchess a very happy birthday via the royal family's official Twitter account. The post includes a photograph of Queen Elizabeth and The Duchess together from a past royal outing.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge then joined in the well-wishing, with Kensington Palace sharing a photograph of Meghan smiling at a child along with the message: "Wishing a very happy birthday to The Duchess of Sussex today!". Clarence House also shared a picture of Meghan on her birthday, which falls on August 4. The Duchess of Sussex will be celebrating her 39th birthday with Prince Harry and one-year-old son Archie Harrison in Los Angeles.

    I think it was very dignified of the Cambridges and the Queen's instagram teams to wish Meghan a Happy Birthday. Its very classy even though she doesn’t deserve any of it, after what she has put them and the UK through.

      Dear Jill. Don't quite understand what you mean by "them". Who is "them". And what did she do that seems to deserve a punishment. ??????
      Anyway a very Happy Birthday to Meghan Duchess of Sussex. May she have many more VERY happy birthdays with her husband, son and family both in the U.S. and United Kingdom.

      What exactly did she put them through? There are 2 sides to every story, and in this case, there's a third - her husbands. He has wishes too.
      Everyone so judgemental - but that's nothing new on this site when it comes to Meghan. Sad.

      I just don’t get all the negativity directed towards Meghan. No matter what she will never get it right for some people. Has she made missteps along the way? Yes but none of us are perfect. She gets crucified but Andrew who continued to hang out with Jeffrey Epstein after his first arrest gets a pass.

    Jill, it is unfortunate that you don't have the same dignity and class that the BRF has after this so-called "what she has put them and the UK through". There are two sides to every story, and then there is the truth. Pretend all you want. You don't know anything except tabloid gossip. Any well brought up person should be able to wish someone a Happy Birthday unconditionally. If not, it is best to say nothing at all. It goes back to one of the first lessons we are taught as children.
