On August 10, 2020, King Felipe VI, Queen Letizia, Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia visited the town of Petra on the Balearic Islands. Spanish royal family visited Fray Junipero Serra Museum. The museum opened in 1959 and highlights the achievements of the Franciscan friar Junípero Serra, who was born in Petra. Queen Letizia wore a new textured midi dress from Adolfo Dominguez.

How come all of a sudden Leonor looks taller than Sofia, when it was always the opposite?
ReplyDeleteI think you have confused the two ladies a bit . Sofia is younger but much taller than Leonor and has been for some time .
DeleteJust because a sibling is older doesn’t mean they will be taller. Sometimes with siblings close in age, the younger one will have their growth spurt first. This is what has happened with Leonor and Sofia. We will have to wait a few years to see which sister will be taller or if they end up the same height.
DeleteSo... no, you have it backwards, Sofia is taller and has been for some time, on the other hand why is it surprising that that a younger person would be taller than an older one, it happens all the time :-)
DeleteEveryone beautifully dressed as always. Letizia's dress is crisp, cool and totally appropriate. I hope Sophie's knee injury is not too serious-I know from bitter experience that they can be so painful.
ReplyDeleteStunning as always 😍
ReplyDeleteLetizia's dress is great - all reds look great on her.
ReplyDeleteLeonor and Sofia look great as well - they're beginning to develop a personal sense of style. I like Leonor's summer dress but I really love Sofia's summery play suit.
Poor Sofia. Does anyone know what she did to her leg?
ReplyDeleteLeonor’s dress has an easy, breezy feel and coordinates nicely with Felipe. Letizia looks great in red. The bag is a fun choice and I like her espadrilles. I love Sofia’s white romper.
E.B.B.
The Queen’ dress is gorgeous. I love it. It’s nice belted but even better unbelted as worn by the model. Like Leonor’s dress too, less keen on the white romper.
ReplyDeleteMartyr ! Sorry
DeleteSo my didn't Sofia just stay at home, instead of limping and being supported by Lenor on a public event!
ReplyDeleteOh isn't it nice to see the sisters supporting each other? Depending on the nature of the injury, maybe it is better to move a bit rather than remain seated. It is certainly better from a psychologic point of view.
DeleteI like all dresses.
Anon 7:51 AM, I totally agree. She must have been so uncomfortable, even if Leonor and Letizia supports her. And yes, like Anon 12:46 AM ask, what happened?
DeleteWhy not if she doesn't suffer the martyrdom ? 💉
DeleteIt seems she was supposed to be resting it but she wanted to join the visit. Good for her.
DeleteG
The Queens dress is lovely, the colour is very becoming on her.

ReplyDeleteQueen Letízia looks very nice, the dress is fresh with a vibrant color and IMO a perfect length.
ReplyDeleteKing Felipe also looks great, simple and "classic casual" look.
I hope that Infanta Sofia gets well soon.
