At Beit Al Baraka, Queen Rania and Princess Iman attended a session on basket weaving and traditional Jordanian scarf embroidering, designed to introduce tourists to this tradition.
Baraka Destinations is an initiative that works with communities in Jordan and 130 families in Umm Qais to promote lesser-known touristic sites and provide visitors with purposely-curated cultural and touristic experiences.

I dont like how she is always dressed like a western lady when her people are dressed traditionally, she is supposed to represent them and be an example of preserving culture!

I.m.o. She sets an example to the women in her country that you can dress in a modern way and still be a good Moslim woman!
حذفShe hasn't been "always" dressed the western way; if you'd take a moment and look through her photos, of the years of her reign, perhaps you'll see it for yourself.
حذفLove this.
ردحذفChemisier en satin de couleur fuchsia imprimé de petits motifs blanc-cassé. Je crois que Rania le porte avec une jupe blanche ; choix judicieux mais je pense qu'il peut aussi être porté avec un pantalon !
ردحذفI'm normally a fan of muted colors, but that vibrant pink looks gorgeous on Rania, and the full sleeves are beautiful.
ردحذفVibrant pink isn't a muted colour so I don't really understand what you're saying.
حذفAnyway, I agree it looks amazing.
Two beautifull ladies!
ردحذفNever seen Queen Rania so relaxed!
What a beautiful blouse and gorgeous colour, I love this.
ردحذفOnly Rania can make this Off White piece look good, better than on a model.
ردحذفAnonymous @ 4:49, what don't you understand about Jane's comment? I think she was rather coherent, perhaps you should read twice before jumping the gun.
ردحذفRania looks lovely, and I think she represents her country very well, she proves that Jordanian women whether Muslim or not, have freedom to wear what they deem appropriate. I have to say that I have visited Jordan on many occasions as I have worked on their refugee camps, and she is beloved by her people.
My only quibble is why wear a mask if not used appropriately, it should never be on your neck when you can't social distance.
Pfff
حذفBTW I've been under the impression that this site doesn't allow ANONYMOUS comments. Had anything changed since I was here the last time?
