  2. Belle allure dans cette jupe en coton fleurie qu'elle a déjà portée. Joli drapé de ce haut en lin qui apporte une touche très fraîche ; les espadrilles ont l'air très confortables !

  4. Beautiful look for Letizia. I love the drape of the top. The floral skirt is perfect for summer, and a trip to the farm.
    Just gorgeous.

  5. A lovely outfit for Letizia. Her clothes have been beautiful this lockdown and, for me there has not been a dud. She has worn fresh stunning clothes which have been appropriate for the settings and for the times.

  6. Letizia loves her plateau wedges, but I find them clunky. Her outfit looks miles better with a different, more delicate shoe.

Vanessa - Letizia is too thin/skinny to wear such chunky shoes (and her outfit draws the eye downward), but she seems to like them. I guess they're comfy and of course she needs to wear them to maintain her illusion of being taller than she really is. Her daughters will soon surpass her in height - then what will she do. ~Laurel~

    2. In fact Letizia is 1,70...and her daughters are 14 and 13 years old and they haven't reached her yet....
No ilusions, it is the shoes all women wear in Spain in summer, our culture, it is not a Letizia's thing , we however never wear flat sandals with socks, thing we see a lot in foreign people in Spain and it is really horrid.
Clunky?our "alpargatas" are elegant handmade with natural materials, oand we stroll around in it...
At 40C degress shoes are a pain and flats are only for the beach or tenagers, we wear high heels, as in Italy.

    3. More delicate shoes? To visit a rural area? Trees,vineyards,etc... This is the last..
You must go in stilettos to the beach or mountain... also...very elegant and appropiate..
She is working non stop , not strolling around doing nothing..

I disagree with the concept that thin women can't wear espadrilles, Kate has even thinner legs and you don't seem to object. What is the intention behind the ridiculous comment about her wearing high heels to surpass her daughters?
You seem to grasp at straws in order to show your dislike for this woman.
Rather crazy, since you don't ( and never will) know her, furthermore she doesn't have any impact on your life, why are you so sour?

  11. Lovely summery outfit and although I don't like the espadrilles, I have to concede that something similar is necessary for the terrain she was walking on for this engagement. Well done, Unknown , and everyone else who thinks heels are necessary to look smart. whether stilettos, sandals or even espadrilles.
