Norwegian royal family shared a new photo showing together King Harald, Queen Sonja, Crown Prince Haakon, Crown Princess Mette-Marit, Princess Ingrid Alexandra, Prince Sverre Magnus, Princess Martha Louise, Maud Angelica and Leah Isadora on their social media account with the caption "The royal family wishes everyone a really good summer". The photo was taken by Emma Tallulah.
The royal family is spending their summer holiday in Norway because of the coronavirus pandemic. King Harald and Queen Sonja will be at their country house on Mågerø, while Crown Prince Haakon and his family will be taking a holiday in the southern part of the country. The Royal Family will also spend time aboard the Royal Yacht.
Lovely family photo. Although the sun is shining, I'm thinking it may not be all that warm given, the shawls/blankets some of the ladies are wearing. (we know that men and young people don't feel the cold!)
ردحذفAlthough the summer days in Norway are long and beautiful it apppears that the temperature is a bit low. Most of the ladies are wearing a wrap-around to protect them from the chill in the air. Lots of blue colour in the table setting giving it an elegant tone. Lots of blue featured in their clothes also. Nice to see Princess Martha Louise smiling and taking part in the family life. Happy summer holiday to the Royal family.
ردحذفLooks like a great family get together. I love the wraps the ladies have on, they look so cozy. I think I could spend days on that beautiful patio reading and enjoying the peace and quiet :)

حذفWe recently had a warm period with around 30 degrees Celsius, but July so far has been cold for us here in Norway. I think the temperature in Mågerø is around 15-20 degrees with a mix of cloudy, a bit rainy and sunny weather. My hometown close to Oslo has experienced a few days now with 4-5 degrees in the evening. Currently 11 degrees... :(
