In Barcelona region, because of the recent increase in cases of Covid-19, the restrictions have been put into effect once again, including the prohibition of meetings of more than 10 people in public or private areas and limited seating in bars and restaurants. Today, the King and Queen visited Poblet Monastery, however they postponed their visit to Barcelona due to health restrictions.
The Royal Abbey of Santa Maria de Poblet is a Cistercian monastery founded in 1151. The monastery is located at the foot of the Prades Mountains, in the comarca of Conca de Barberà, in Catalonia. (Queen Letizia wore a light blue midi shirt dress from Pedro del Hierro 2019 collection.)

What a beautiful delicate colour of this stylish “simple” dress!
ReplyDeleteTrès fraîche petite robe-chemisier ceinturée dont la couleur bleu-pale lui va à merveille mais il semble que sa silhouette a fondu depuis quelque temps ; bien combinée avec les chaussures blanches compensées !
ReplyDeleteJust lovely. Perfect style. - Siri
ReplyDeleteLovely dress, fits her perfectly.
ReplyDeleteHow supremely elegant she looks. How on earth does she manage to look so uncrushed in what I presume is a silk dress? This is one time when I don't mind an uneven hem so much. I do not like the platform espadrille shoes and straps that look like bandages around her ankles but I must admit there is nothing more practical for walking in those cobbled streets, looking elegant and not breaking your neck.
ReplyDeleteThese wrap around dresses never go out of style, perfect for a morning event and easy to elevate with accessories and jewelry for a more formal occasion. This one is particularly lovely, so soft and fluid. She looks fantastic as usual.
ReplyDeleteThis will be my last post for a while, on my way to Texas to assist with COVID.

Like this dress even with the uneven hem. Looks cool and classy.
ReplyDeleteEach time she manages to look better than the model :-) . @Cherry, take care!

This is a beautiful dress, not keen on the uneven hem, stunning colour.
ReplyDeleteWOW. This is how you do an uneven hemline. I'm typically not a fan, especially of handkerchief or high and low hemlines but the delicate dip of this hemline brings about a lightness and fluidity. The color of the dress beautiful as well.
ReplyDelete@Cherry Blossom... stay safe and you and the rest of the frontline staff all over the world are in our prayers... looking forward to reading your comments on this blog soon.
ReplyDeleteAnd the Queen looks stunning
