On June 18, 2020, The Duchess of Cambridge visited Fakenham Garden Centre in Norfolk where she met the owners and staff in Fakenham. As non-essential shops start reopening in parts of the UK, The Duchess visited the family-run independent business, which first opened in 1984, to hear about how the Covid-19 pandemic had impacted the company.
The Duchess received information about the measures which that the garden centre has implemented to ensure that customers are able to visit and shop safely. (The Duchess wore a new vest by Fjallraven, and a satin trousers by Massimo Dutti.)

Before anyone starts complaining that she's not wearing a mask, the UK has different guidelines and safety protocols. Remember all countries and their governments do things different. Anyways it's really great to see Kate out and about again.
ReplyDeleteGood to see her out indeed. Not that I am the specialist, but other Royals do wear a mask. So sorry, it’s her personal choice, rather than ‘the rules’.
DeletePerhaps science wasn’t her strength in school.
Davion, I say "Good, Kate is not wearing a mask." And she is wearing a wonderfully casual outfit. I love the pocketed vest, I'd wear that myself. She looks good... and so does her lovely hair. It's a proper look for this occasion. ~Laurel~
DeleteWow snarky much? Lol, Crown Princess Mary and Queen Maxima hasn't worn their masks during their appearances lately so I guess your saying it was their personal choice as well and also say science wasn't their strength in school too? Not trying to sound rude but if your going to criticize the british royals for not wearing masks and having different safety protocols then have that same energy when other royals do the same thing.
DeleteQuel plaisir de voir Kate de sortie. Ravissante dans un pantalon taille haute en satin mis en valeur par les petits kilogrammes pris pendant le confinement ! J'adore les boucles d'oreilles qu'elle a déjà portées !
ReplyDeleteCute casual look.
ReplyDeleteLike the hair back off her face.
Catherine, what´s wrong!!?? ( nothing about fashion here...)
ReplyDeleteNo idea what you are hinting at.
DeleteShe looks casual and good for the occasion to me and in good spirits.
What do you wear when you work in the garden?
Un look horrible. Casi sucio y descuidado.
ReplyDeleteIts great to see the Duchess out and about. Her casual wear is perfect for this occasion.
ReplyDeleteMy first thought was not about fashion or masks. I literally said: 'Ah, finally out and about. O Kate, how I love you!'
ReplyDeleteIt's so great to see Royals are going out again, lovely.
Not a nice casual outfit. This seems to underline her poor posture. I normally like Kate' casual style. She is often at her best in it. - Siri
ReplyDeleteSkinny jeans ... I mean, let it be tight and skinny up to the point where they begin to be wrinkled. But from that point on, they are (sorry to say so, because I am a big fan of Catherine in every respect) simply ugly. (Ann.)
ReplyDeleteIt only seems ugly to you. If she had not left her white gloves and tiara in the car, you would feel differently.
Delete@Anon 12:59, you are wrong - tiara and gloves on would not change my definite impression that this pair of jeans is just way too tight to be nice in any sense of the word. (Ann.)
