  1. Toujours aussi belle Madeleine. Quel magnifique regard ; j'adore sa chemise courte d'été en lin à fleurs estivales !

That*s not typically her. Here she looks a lot like Victoria. Frieda

    1. She certainly is a lovely girl. But I think she's lost weight. You can see it in her face. I wonder how she's coping with the Florida heat and humidity. Doesn't Sweden have very cold winters?

    2. I think she looks relaxed and "down to earth" here, very lovely!

Lovely dress, Madeleine looks cute in it.

Madeleine has looked different lately; I hope she's not following in her mother's plastic-surgery footsteps. Many a naturally beautiful woman has ruined her looks when heading down that path in the unattainable quest of trying to hang on to youthful looks.

    1. @Laurel. If Madeleine thinks she gets satisfaction from aesthetics treatment, no reason not to do it! Her mother Qn Sivia is a gorgeous women who is right in following the treatment she has undertaken. If appealing to some women, it is not the devil. It does not bring back youth but limits damage. A matter of individual choice which should not be criticized with some strong words like "ruining" etc.

I agree that she has looked a bit different lately. In this particular photo though it looks more like a lot of photoshopping rather than any aesthetics treatment... She is too young and naturally beautiful for that

Madeleine celebrated her 38th birthday. She's mother of three active children. So I'd say that its only normal that she looks a bit "different" than what she did in her 20s and pre-motherhood years. The difference is not necessarily due to the "plastic surgery"! I bet you don't look the same in your 30s/40s/50s/60s/70s, like you did in your teenage years or 20s. Everyone change.
Loosing weight, etc will affect our looks. Even makeup, different shape of eyebrows or hair color change our looks.
Besides who does plastic surgery these days? There are much less invasive methods to enchance your looks these days.
If she had done something, like "plastic surgery", I bet she would have corrected her eyelids.
If someone had "some help", then I'd rather say that its been Crown Princess Victoria. Haven't you noticed how smooth and unmovable her forehead looks. And her eyes are now more "open" (no loopy eyelids) ;)
When its done by good specialist, then the results are very good.

Hi Mary, no, of course there is no question that nobody looks the same from the cradle to the grave. That's not my point. And for my part, she can use Botox as much as she wants and so can Victoria. Btw, executed by a specialist, for frown wrinkles and lined foreheads, I'm perfectly fine with that, even at the age of 38. No, it's just that Madde looks "different" in no time. Not the same appearance as usual, for whatever reason. I just noticed it and I regret it. For me, she was the most beautiful princess ever. Frieda

@Mary - Obviously people don't look the same in their 20s/30s/40s/50s.... The point here is that she looks different from a few months ago, that is why the change is quite noticeable. It could well be due to weight loss indeed. But then again, usually when you lose weight you tend to show more wrinkles, normally, whereas here we see a slimmed down face but much smoother skin..... the two things don't normally go together. If not fillers or some other kind of treatments, then photoshopping is the next best guess. Frankly I'd prefer is the latter rather than the former... But to each their own, whatever floats her boat....

  4. Not mad keen on the dress--like the pattern but not the style. Princess Madeleine, however, is as gorgeous as ever. Isn't it weird to think that when she was born, Prince Philip was already "older", celebrating his 61st birthday. Birthday wishes to Princess Madeleine

  8. After reading all of the other posts, I have to now say that I think the photographer probably airbrushed out the wrinkles, etc. Because I think she did lose weight and as another poster said, usually the weight loss brings sagging skin/wrinkles. Also, it seems she is not wearing much eye makup, so her eyes look more almond-like. I have never had botox or any kind of surgery (I know I could use it), but my eyes over time looks narrower. I think it's because the skin around the eyelids start to sag. I believe most of these photos from famous people that are released to the public are touched up by the photographer. Look at the latest photo of Queen Elizabeth II in her print dress with Prince Philip. Not a wrinkle to be seen. And shes 94!

  9. Madeleine does look a bit older because, like all of us, she is getting older.
And, unfortunately, the hot Florida sun accelerates that process. Also, she appears to have a more natural makeup application in this photo than when she is dressed up for an event. Nevertheless, she is still the most beautiful princess and has a magic and charisma about her. Her children are gorgeous -- and are being raised exceptionally well by their loving parents.
