The Countess of Wessex visited the Camberley DisInitiative (DI) centre in Surrey to volunteer alongside the team and see first-hand how they have adapted. The Countess helped put together activity packs and bake scones for delivery to clients’ homes. The Countess of Wessex is Patron of DisInitiative.
Activity packs and hot meals have been delivered directly to clients throughout lockdown by the charity. Disability Initiative is a charity supporting adults with complex physical disabilities at day centres in Surrey and Hampshire.
