Queen Mathilde and Princess Eleonore visited the homeless restaurant Kamiano in Brussels on Thursday evening. During the corona crisis, the restaurant Kamiano, a project by the Sant'Egidi community of Brussels, was opened for the purpose of distributing takeaway food to the homeless.
During the visit, the Queen spoke at length with "street friends", listening to their stories. She also spoke with the volunteers, and encouraged them to fight the coronavirus in this difficult time. The Queen was accompanied by Princess Eleonore, who had cooked brioches for everyone.

Every Wednesday night, and every Saturday afternoon, the Kamiano restaurant opens its doors for a free hot meal for anyone in distress.
The lady with the matching mask to her outside 😅 that is so original

Queen Mathilde nails casual chic as she and Eleonore continue to show support to fellow Belgians during the pandemic. BB
ReplyDeleteNow this is a Queen who knows how to dress, herself and her children.
ReplyDeleteThe lightblue jacket is lovely on her, as is the rose jeans jacket on Leonore!
You've got that right!
DeleteAbsolutely agree, they look fantastic!

My thoughts exactly.
DeleteQuel adorable duo masqué et ganté ; les couleurs corail et gris vont délicieusement à la princesse Eléonore ; nous pouvons voir le même regard que son papa !
ReplyDeleteOH this is her most gorgeous look ever in my eyes. Casual hair, casual but so elegant choice of clothes
ReplyDeleteGreat initiative and well done for having Princess Eleonore joining her. Love the jacket and scarf and amazing to manage to coordinate your outfit with your face mask. Wow!
ReplyDeleteWell said.
DeleteI am very impressed with commitments of Queen Mathilde and Princess Eleonore to practicing Christianity spirit by providing the homeless people with meals.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great initiative. Seeing the children with the bread baskets, fabulous. I love what the Queen is wearing, so totally appropriate, casual, the scarf adds the perfect finishing touch.
