Daughter of Princess Caroline, Princess Alexandra of Hanover gave an interview for May 2020 issue of women's magazine Telva. For the first time, Princess Alexandra gave an interview to a media company. Telva is a Spanish language monthly women's magazine published in Madrid. In the interview, the Princess said that she wants to devote herself to something related to art or fashion. The photos were taken by fashion photographer Tomas de la Fuente and the entire outfit of the Princess is by Dior. |
The Princess said that she is taking things from her mother's wardrobe and that she made a habit out of this lately. In the interview, the Princess said: "Now that we have all become aware that we must change our way of buying by investing less and better, I think that taking things from my mother's wardrobe is more sustainable." An expanded summary of the interview may be read from the following link: Telva Magazine |
Elle devient de plus en plus belle mais les créations qu'elle porte souvent ne sont pas toutes à son avantage. Elle a de magnifiques yeux bleus !
ReplyDeleteTrès juste!
Deletewat een leuke vrouw geworden,
ReplyDeletewow! Alex as we have never seen before! Caroline's baby has grown up and become her own person. My favourite picture is the second one, she looks so gorgeous, almost unrecognisable like a hidden beauty we have never seen.
ReplyDeleteI like her style, even the weird boots, its her own personality! ❤
Miss W
I love all her outfits, they all suit her so well. She is so beautiful, and natural . It’s fun to see her with makeup and being styled this way.
ReplyDeleteProof the 90's are officially back as shown by Princess Alexandra's magazine spread. She really has beautiful eyes and some resemblance of her Mother Princess Caroline!!!
ReplyDeleteThe 90's have been back for a couple of years now... At least since 2015.
DeleteI was referring to the combat boots that are very fashionable now!!!
DeletePhotoshop …
ReplyDeleteAlways around for a snark aren't you?
DeleteShe seems like a sweet girl. I hope she gets to live her fashion/art dreams.
ReplyDeletePrincess Alexandra knocked it out of the park. Agree as somebody said: "she has became her own personality" and secondly imho I see Grace in her eye-expression, sometimes.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on these beautiful photos. The 7th pic is my favourite.
Love this article and the accompanying photos. There is a slight resemblance to her mother when she was young. She is blossoming.
ReplyDeleteJoann
ReplyDeleteShe is very, very pretty. And a nice personality shows through too. With a mother and grandmother who were great beauties of their day, Alexandra shows she inherited those genes.
Very lovely. The 2 pic almost looks like Pauline. Like her outfits but not these semi combat boots must be the in thing today.
ReplyDeleteShe is the most beautiful and interesting of all of the Royal females in Monaco. Elisabet
ReplyDeleteNo.
DeleteNo indeed. Grace was a great beauty and Caroline was a great beauty and still is an extraordinarily elegant woman. Alexandra is a pretty girl but not in the same league.....
DeleteLily T.
Agree with Elisabet 100%
DeleteWell, Elisabet said "is" and Princess Grace is dead. I think Caroline still looks good and has a lot of charisma but again "was a great beauty".
DeleteYou may have a different opinion but you can't just say no to an opinion like it's an erroneous response to a question.
I think she's lovely, I think a nice personality shines through and I think she is far more interesting than her sister, cousins or aunts.
Its subjective.
She looks just wonderful. Not overly done up. Fresh and naturally beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI am always amazed what make-up, a good stylist and the right light can do. We women would be quite lost without make-up. Yes she looks good! Frieda
ReplyDeleteYou are right anonym7:55 Good makeup can achieve a lot, however I personally gave it up since it was never to my satisfaction. We should learn more about makeup...
DeleteI agree totally to the last comment. Yes, she seems to be a nice person. But, for me, she is no beauty and she has not herited at all any elegance, like - first of all - Grazia had. Her style and styling is quite nice, but that's not difficult, it's just Dior with a great Creative Director (the first female in history).
ReplyDeleteWho is Grazia?
DeleteNice comment.
Grazia is the italian for Grace, her grandmother
DeleteFrom being very much the "ugly duckling" compared to her good looking Casiraghi half siblings, Princess Alexandra appears to have turned into a swan. Of course make up etc helps, Anon 7 55, but you need decent raw materials to work with. My Spanish is of the most basic. Is there a translation of the article anywhere? French would do if not in English.
ReplyDelete"AnnieM you are so rude! we love Alex as she is, don't compare her to her sister. she has her own style, and her own beauty.
Deletej.
Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the most beautiful in the whole world?
DeleteSorry, j. No intention of being rude. Indeed, meant it as a compliment. As a child/teenager she was much plainer than her siblings or her mother (fact--doesn't make her a bad person or less worthy) but has grown up into a good looking woman. Anon 21 01---I believe that Princess Grace in her day was certainly considered among the most beautiful women in the world. Of today's beauties I personally think that Jetsun Pema, Queen of Bhutan, must be up there with the most stunning.
DeleteFirst you said that she was a "UGLY DUCKING". Now you are changing your cruel comment saying she was plain now. Let me tell you something you never put someone down and say physically she was born ugly. You may comment on how they dress or they wear to much make up. Comments like that stay with someone for the rest of their life.....YOU ARE A MEAN PERSON...Shame on you!!!..
DeleteAnon 3:20 - do you actually know the story of the Ugly Duckling? Talk about reading too much into a comment. AnnieM didn't say she was born ugly.
DeleteYOU ARE A SANCTIMONIOUS JUDGMENTAL PERSON - shame on YOU!!!
...Looks very much like her Dad, not the Monegasque genes like Pauline or Charlotte! Nethertheless a very lovely young woman.
ReplyDeleteCaroline's baby has grown up. I am so tired of the centre-part bare-forehead look, it doesn't work on everybody even though everyone seems to want to wear it. Alexandra looks great in that hat, as it covers her forehead. I hate the eyebrows, but she's trying out new looks.
ReplyDeleteShe even looks cute in the clunky checkerboard outfit.
Looking quickly at photos 2&5, I thought it was Pauline Ducruet. Will be looking for more photos of this lovely young lady. ~Laurel~
Of course You're "Anonymous" you're also an opinionated bully that refuses to let anyone else state their opinion! You're quite definitely obsessed with this family! Lighten up it's going to be OK!😄😉🥰
DeleteOf course You're "Anonymous" you're also an opinionated bully that refuses to let anyone else state their opinion! You're quite definitely obsessed with this family! Lighten up it's going to be OK!😄😉🥰
DeleteCan we keep it to the fashion please?? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder anyway, and there's no reason for us to comment on how this 20 year old woman look. She's not responsible for the genes she inherited.
ReplyDeletemake up is part of fashion
DeletePrincess Alexandra is definitely an attractive girl whose charming gamine quality sets her apart from the other Grimaldi ladies. I would cherish my uniqueness if I were Alexandra: she is Gigi, not a femme fatale 😊. And I have noticed, too, that she consistently chooses to dress modestly -- true class there. A jewel of a girl.
ReplyDeleteQuite so! You've described well the unique element these pictures draw out.
DeletePersonally, I'd love to see her hair chopped to chin length to highlight that gamine quality.
-Rosa
I think that indeed she has not the Grimaldi genes (read Grace, Carolina, Charlotte), however when first looking at the pictures I thought I was looking at Pauline. So there go the Grimaldi genes.
ReplyDeleteI also think she is quite sweet, consistenly modest and to my understanding has a long love relation ship with boyfriend which also reads as maturity for her young age.
Plus I think she is very much loved from both sets of half siblings! Which is not always a given.
I'm glad to see her pretty, feminine and genuinely herself.
Luna
My first thought was Pauline too! Frieda
DeleteWow! I would almost not have recognized her. I love the picture of her in the hat. I have always liked her, maybe because she has always been a little different. These pictures are beautiful, and I wish her nothing but the best to find and follow her passion.
ReplyDeleteChel
She has become a lovely young lady.
ReplyDeletefel vermagerd of photoshop.
ReplyDeleteShe is very beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThat's the prettiest I've seen her. She looks a lot more confident too.
ReplyDelete”Wants to work with Fashion”
ReplyDeleteDoes the world need another talentless
royal posing as designer?
She didnt say she wanted to be a designer. And how do you know she is talentless?
DeleteYou don't have to be a designer to work in fashion. There's styling, PR, creative director, fashion journalism, publicist, retail buyer, marketing, fashion photographer, modelling etc...
DeleteLooking at these beautiful-pics-collection with the thing "she wants to work with fashion" - I would say this goal will be a success.
DeleteAlexandra of Hannover is a very pretty young woman but she´s not a Princees or Duchess. Reason that is:
ReplyDelete1. Noble German titles were abolished after World war I, situation confirmed by German Parliament after World War II.
2. Germany just permit the particle like a name because heredity economical questions.
3. Dukedom of Brunswick Leaeneburg or Luneborg left to exist in Germany but passing to Royal House of Great Britain with Kinh George of Hannover, Duke of Brunswick Laeneburg.
4. The Depriving Act 1917, deproves German all members of all their noble titles; consequently, Hannover family has no any German or British noble title.
5. Consequently, Alexandra even is an aristocrat, has no noble titles. she is not a Princess or Duchess, she is just according rules an Hidalga or Lady.
6. She is not also in line to the British Crown because she is Catholic, nevertheless, she is pressumible to Monaco Principality just after her sister Charlotte, improvable thing.
She´s a beauty and cultvated Lady, no more no least, Just like her brothers.
I bet it's news to her brothers that they are just ladies.
DeleteIf you're going to be that picky it's not Alexandra of Hanover but Alexandra Hannover.
She can style herself whatever she likes- it's a courtesy that's all.
Anon 1.31 you make me laugh. :-))
DeletePrincess Alexandra is very beautiful and will become even more beautiful. She is one of the few people who show that all works the other way round, like Prince Harry or Catherine Zeta-Johns.
ReplyDeletePrincess Alexandra is very pretty. She looks like like her father's side of the family which is German.
ReplyDeleteI just hope they practice what they preach with all this sustainable fashion. Hope it's not just the latest gimmick. You always mostly see these royals with some new high flying high end expensive fashion. Mary i
