The colour washes her out, and the jacket is too small in every direction; the top section pulls because the length of the section is wrong, and the circumference is insufficient, so she can't button it up. The jacket is really too tight, it must be uncomfortable and restrict some movements. Otherwise, nobody should really care about it.

ReplyDeleteWhile I commend personal visits at a time like this (and I really do), I just wish they had maintained the 6' social distance like we see other Royals doing, whether Belgium requires it or not. Wearing a mask doesn't make it safer to disregard keeping ones distance. Though if their country is starting to open up (I don't know..are they?) perhaps this is their strategy.

No, we are still in 'lockdown'until May 3rd. Never forget these pictures are moments; maybe they kept distance but the doctor showed things for 30seconds or so... we have to keep 1,5m distance at all times, it would be strange if they did not do it in a hospital visit.
DeleteLike someone already said: our death rate is high because they count all who died in elderly homes with 1 symptom as covid-19 victims, even though they were not tested.
