On March 15, 2020, Queen Elizabeth II attended Sunday church service at The Royal Chapel of All Saints in Windsor Great Park in Windsor. The Queen continued performing her royal duties after Matt Hancock confirmed the government will tell the elderly to stay at home. On Friday, The Queen’s upcoming visits to Cheshire and Camden were postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic. |
God bless Her Majesty. What an inspiration she is. I know she has accepted government advice to cancel visits but she epitomises the wartime spirit of "keep calm and carry on"
ReplyDeleteI like the colour of this outfit, which suits her well.
Yes, the colour of her outfit (turquoise ??) suits her well but then most of the colours found in her outfits, I think, are chosen to help her to discretely stand out in a crowd.
DeleteFor me she is an inspiration and yes, I agree, she epitomises the wartime sprit of "be calm and get on with the job". There can never be another Elizabeth II.
After she was made, they threw away the mold.
I m from Italy and i have to say to all: stay home, please. The Queen too
DeleteNice color coat and hat. She is 93 years old she always shows what is important to her. Duty first, self second. I do some of the other members would have joint her.
ReplyDeleteDuty first? In that case she'd better have stayed at home, showing her people that's the only sensible thing you can do nowadays.
DeleteKudos ro her Majesty for being a role model to us.
ReplyDeleteBlessings

Bien jolie avec ce chapeau et manteau en bleu Persan ; un ornement de couleur noire apportent une petite touche d'élégance dans sa tenue !

ReplyDeleteBeautiful color on the Queen. I love the shape of the hat and the (velvet?) trim on her coat.

Beutiful colour on. Always on her duties and church first at 93 health and strong.
ReplyDeleteYes, a role modele in many ways. Maybe she felt the need to go to church, specially in this time.
ReplyDeleteI bet she is not getting close to anyone and the church is at her own Windsor, so probably not at all crowded. Keep up.
