Princess Anne attended the fourth and final day (Gold Cup Day) of the Cheltenham Festival 2020 held at Prestbury Park in Cheltenham. Princess Anne was accompanied by her husband Sir Timothy Laurence at Cheltenham Racing Festival, as well as her children Peter Phillips and Zara Tindall. Peter Phillips and his estranged wife Autumn were also present at the festival. (Autumn wore a green coat by Really Wild.) |
Another fabulous outfit on Zara. In fact all 3 ladies look wonderful. I particularly like the colours in Princess Anne’s ensemble. (V.M.)
ReplyDeleteFor me, Zara Tindall is the outright winner for this race meeting. No need to open the envelope for the winner's name, the results were known in advance.
DeleteAbsolutely deadeggs! Zara has knocked it out of the park for this whole racing event. But I must say, Anne looks great here too. (On a side note, I bet she would be fun to have a pint with, lol)
DeleteChel
Why not two pints. If she moves to Australia with her husband as has been published in the press, she'll be well appreciated there. O.K. why not, lets go for three pints.
DeleteDay 2 of the Races. I really like Zara's coat and hat,she looks lovely,so different more stylish I may say. Autumn's coat is a lovely green. The Pss Royal, looks good and 2 day's in a row smiling, lovely. Also nice the ladies came with their husbands.
ReplyDeleteLooking good! The ladies are dressed with real panache. Quibbles: I wish Autumn's hat had matched her shirt and handbag, and Mike Tindall's fabulous coat doesn't look its best with jeans. Points to Tim Laurence for attempting to inject a bit of multicolored fun into his outfit with that bright, but rather dispirited, tie.
ReplyDeleteAll three ladies have lovely coats... but I must say that I am enamoured with Princess Anne's. Her coat is lovely...and quite unusual. The shape and cut is fantastic. I also like her pale green hat - not only for it's style and shape that suits her so well, but also for its unusual colour and furry texture. How very nice!
ReplyDeleteZara's lovely aubergine coat and Autumn's forest green coat are quite lovely as well.

Very impressed to see Princess Anne attending the Cheltenham Festival 2020 held at Prestbury Park in Cheltenham.
ReplyDeleteVisiting a festival in these days?? They all must be nuts! Mrs Moja Rising

DeleteAnon 8:27, remember, Derby, Ascot, etc, are also still on the map. More festivals! And who's "mrs Moja??"

Delete"They must be nuts"
That's what I thought ! I live in Greece and only pharmacy and supermarkt are to open. Only funerals are allowed. And that will be until the end of March.
Deletethey just follow what their "national hero" boris johnson said the other day….:(((
DeleteI read a reaction on the virus made by Mike Tindall on hello royalty. Totally irresponsible the guy ! E U you better close the border with the U K ! They live in their own little world and will regret it sincerely soon. The royals better protect the population and bring the good example if Johnson doesn't.
DeletePrincess Anne looks very stunning.
ReplyDeleteTotally agree
DeletePrincess Anne - wow! She has quite a unique sense of dressing and everyone usually hates it, but I must admit one thing: this unique style suits her so well, I cannot even imagine her anymore wearing something from famous fashion labels (though I myself would never wear it).
ReplyDeleteSimilar thing is with style of Beatrix of the Netherlands and Margrethe II of Denmark.
Just love those three ladies.
Princess Anna and her family are always nice, because they are dignified, do not make themselves megastars or complain about anything.
ReplyDeleteBut now I have to express my outrage at the behavior of part of the British, politicians, royal family members.
There is a coronavirus pandemic in Europe. Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria closed all schools, canceled all sports, social, cultural events, all stores except food and pharmacy closed. Many people work from home. In Slovakia we have only 32 infected, no one dead, and yet we follow strict measures. We do not want the Italian scenario to be repeated.
Don't you think about it in Britain? It is irresponsible from top officials from the prime minister, members of the royal family - yesterday the Sussex´s , today Princess Anne's family (on events that are of marginal importance). Our Prime Minister and our Mrs. President Caputova has appeared in public with a protective mask on their face to set an example for people and encourage people to act disciplined and responsible.I hope situation in Britain will go well I have many friends there.
Six days ago numbers where released Britain already has approx. 300 approved Corona virus infections and is estimating 100.000 deaths caused by the virus. People are asked to work from home if possible. It is expected schools will be closed soon like in many other european countries, and the public life will be reduced to a minium. Therefore it is just ridiculous to show an "we are brave 'cause we are british" attitude in public and keep this festival going. Scarlett Witch
Deletefor a people who relies on boris johnson, this is the least….
DeleteYES!! I totally agree, so irresponsible and reckless. Royals are not immune to this virus and should not act like they are.

Don't believe the news! its nice to his princess Anne and her stylish daughter, and daughter-in-law
Deletej.
Italians did not "believe the news" and look at the situation there. While many will recover, those are asymptomatic, they are still carriers affecting people who will not fair well. Shame on you j for saying such an ignorant comment.
DeleteRene
Italians are in this situation not because they didnt believe the news, but because we were the first country to be heavily infected. From the patient 0 who was reported to be a German. Just to be clear.
DeleteZara looks amazing. So does Anne; I love seeing her smile! So glad to see Autumn attending, too. They all look lovely. For me, Zara's purple coat and the hat with the exquisite contrast in decoration is really stunning.
ReplyDeleteAnnes outfit at this day of the festival is really lovely, I like it a lot!
ReplyDeleteZara looks great, fantastic style.
Autumns outfit is also very nice, I like it a lot! I would love to have this fantastic coat.
It is the second day where we see Peter and Autumn visiting the festival together, as far as I know.
Well, maybe, they visit just as friends, but I really would love if they come back together.
All together we saw a lot of very nice royal outfits at the days of the festival.
Magnifique la coupe du manteau de la princesse Anne dont les dessins sont dans un dégradé de vert ; j'aime beaucoup la couleur plus claire de son chapeau.. Superbe Zara dans cette harmonie Aubergine ; c'est parfait !
ReplyDeleteAnne owning her outfit like a boss!! Curtsying to you princess royal! The other ladies follow in her wake. M. Tyndall's red shoe laces..pizzazz!. -Jackie-
ReplyDeleteBeautiful outfits all around, love especially the coat of the Princess Royal.
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to see Anne smiling and happy, the other ladies look nice too. But I agree about comments that decry that the races have not been cancelled. Even royals can catch the virus.
ReplyDeleteI don't understand. These royals don't read the news about what is going on in the world?! Making appearances where a lot of people are still coming to see them. I'm not to worry about the royals because they have the best doctors but what about the normal people. This doesn't make any sense. I know is a blog about royal fashion but they seems no to care about the rest of them.
ReplyDeleteZara looks fabulous, love her coat, accessories are divine. Autumn looks lovely as usual. Her outfit is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteFirst time I see how Princess Anne face look nice when she smiles.
ReplyDeleteAVA
Three great outfits and, in particular a second superb outfit for Zara. Often she has worn outfits that are a little too short or a little too tight but these coats are fabulous. I'm not quite so much a fan of the decoration on the hat and I think Mike Tindall's blue suit, brown shoes and dark coat is one colour too many but great overall looks. is also lovely to see Peter and Autumn Phillips together and looking as if they are enjoying each other's company. Like Anna B I would love it if they were to call off the divorce. Too those whoa re critical of the attendance of Princess Anne and her family, in the UK there is no restriction as yet on events. Certainly the football leagues have called off matches, at least in part due to the infection of prominent players/managers and it is likely that there will be restrictions placed on large gatherings this week--not due to any evidence that this will have anything but a minimal effect on the spread of the virus but to release those front line service personnel who need to attend these events for other duties. I am sure that we will need more stringent measures before long but today I was able to attend church as normal and tomorrow I will be in school as normal. The intention, as I understand it in Scotland at the moment is to keep schools open until the Easter holidays (3 weeks) and review the situation then. However, my mother's care home is in lock down with no visits allowed, to protect the most vulnerable. My sympathies and goods wishes to those of you in other European countries who are currently in lockdown situations and bravo to the Italians and Spanish who are singing from their balconies in difficult circumstances.
ReplyDeleteMy best wishes to those of you who are currntly
Zara looks fantastic. This might be her "Best Dress" for the year for me.
