Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume and Hereditary Grand Duchess Stephanie attended the opening of the exhibition "D’après nature" of the artist Jean-Marie Biwer at the Mudam Luxembourg Museum. "D’après nature" presents a selection of paintings, drawings and engravings by Jean-Marie Biwer. Spanning his fifteen years of production, these works reflect his exploration of landscape, nature and the everyday environment. What a awful hair cut, it makes her look so old and unattractive .

Skönhet kommer inifrån. Hon är vacker inuti.
DeleteSom gravid ser hon perfekt ut i mina ögon. 🌺
I do not agree. The haircut is very becoming on her.
DeleteSporty, stylish and lovely - all that.
I agree.
DeleteWhat an unpleasant and "unattractive" comment. Can't you make your point without being so personal and rude?
DeleteI agree, her new haircut is really not a success.
DeleteI must say it's not impeccable or well-groomed,but nothing she wears, doesn't wear, puts on, puts in her hair etc. could distract from the utter loveliness and radiance of her face.
DeleteI agree!
DeleteHG Duchess Stephanie looks radiant;hoping all is well for her;nothing is overstated.
ReplyDeleteRadieuse, toute pimpante Stéphanie ; petite coiffure raccourcie... Ravissantes boucles d'oreilles et petit sautoir assortis !
ReplyDeleteWe do not have to guess anymore! 😊 I am so happy for them! /Dorothea
ReplyDeleteHereditary Grand Duchess Stephanie looks like a happy pregnany woman! Her style, not always on target, her hair sometimes has an odd cut, but we love her, she is a lovely woman inside and out, wish her and her husband all the best with the coming of the little one into their lives. God Bless them! .... JT
ReplyDeleteTotally agree with JT!
DeleteI agree with tour post !
DeleteVery well said. Thank you for bringing balance to a sometimes oddly biased set of remarks. Not sure why Stephanie draws such snipe. Has she hurt anyone? Her mother in law is known to treat her staff miserably, yet only gets praise most of the time, even when her outfits are quite unflattering. The bizarreness of it all is almost ridiculous. Tanya
DeleteTwins????....
ReplyDeleteTwins????....
ReplyDeletePeut-être des jumeaux ?? Garçon et fille, ce serait bien !
ReplyDeleteWho knows. The colors of the beads of the necklace are pink and blue.
DeleteI do agree the hair is choppy and the extra light makeup make her not as radiant as she normally is.
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand, so happy to see them progressing in the pregnancy! I know we are are hoping it goes well!
Stephanie is blossoming. Love her hair. Looks like she is not coloring it. I avoided that with each of my pregnancies.
ReplyDeleteMåste man se ut så när man är gravid - fanns det inget bättre i garderoben att ta på sig....
ReplyDeleteDet er vel sånn hun bruker å kle seg da, Carin?
DeleteLove the haircut. Princess Stephanie looks wonderful.
ReplyDeleteHGD Stéphanie looks beautiful. Her maternity clothes are perfect. Modest but therefore very beautiful.
ReplyDeleteOMG she is so lovely! I mean fashionwise she is always... so she always looks like she doesn't care at all. That's a pity, because she is far more one of the loveliest royals in Europe. I really like every feeling deeply expressed on her face: happiness, sadness, grieving, and this time the lovely period of waiting and gloving. And Guillome looks like a big kindergarten student-if you look their wedding pics he really needs his beard back, because come on he really was handsome!
ReplyDeleteNice blouse. A happy mother to be waiting for the arrival of a very special little someone. Nice to see her again.
ReplyDeleteI think she looks great. Her hair has an easiness about it, but still looks good. She looks like she is glowing and happy, which really is all that matters. Very happy for them both.

She is the picture of an utterly happy pregnant woman. I am so happy for her and her husband. They deserve every happiness after all these years waiting for a baby.
ReplyDeleteHer hair is nice and she doesn’t need any makeup to shine. I wish them all the best for the coming weeks and the birth, and I am really looking forward to seeing the first pictures of the newest addition to the royal family of Luxemburg.
Let's cut her some slack, everybody. She's growing another human. My OB/GYN told me, being pregnant puts the same strain on the body as jogging/running all the time. It's not a walk in the park for some, and we don't know how Stephanie is feeling and doing. So let's just be kind, okay?
ReplyDeleteI like the hair. It is modern and no fuss. Just what a busy new mother will need. If she is due in May she seems quite large already. So perhaps another baby also? I'm just so excited that they have one...as they have waited so long.
ReplyDeleteThe haircut is okay, but professional makeup would help a lot.
ReplyDeleteSad thay people just have to he nagative i wounder were we are heading
ReplyDeleteAnd no one is commenting on her bump cradling as everyone seemed to do with Meghan... ;-) They look happy and Guillaume seems to have lost some weight.
ReplyDeleteI don't think this qualifies as bump "cradling." It is actually the way pregnant women normally deal with having a huge bump in front of them. One has to put one's arms somewhere and that is either above or below the bump. I think what people criticized about Meghan was the more theatrical bump cradling that had one arm over and another under the bump, essentially framing and displaying it. This is not to say that it was right or wrong or that it deserved criticism or not. It was just different and not the usual way women stand around when pregnant. It was unusual because it was seen as a pose--and indeed it is typical of pregnant women when posing for a bump-display photo--and therefore drew attention to itself. LisaMariaParis
Delete100% Agree. Sarah P.
DeleteNo, you’re absolutely right. No one is. No one did when Kate, Mary, Victoria were pregnant either. Nor should they. But somehow certain people feel entitled to do that to a woman of colour. Wait to see what happens when Stephanie is eating an avocado. Probably nothing (as it should be). Cause she isn’t Megan. Tanya
DeleteShe looks happy, healthy and engaging. That is all that matters.
ReplyDeletePrince Guillaume, in my opinion, looks very handsome and trim, much better than before. A kindergarten student??? What an incredible remark. Perhaps he was on medication prior to the pregnancy. Princess Stephanie looks glowing and certainly wears basic makeup but the cameras tend to swallow it. I don’t think she ever dyed her hair but used highlights as natural blonde hair tends to darken with age.
ReplyDeleteTo the posters who speculate that she might be having twins, I don’t think she looks big enough. I’m not a doctor so this is just a guess but I had twins and know other women who had twins. At this point in the pregnancy, she would normally be much bigger to give birth to 2 healthy babies.
ReplyDeleteShe looks so happy, I am just thrilled for them. I like her sweater and necklace and don’t mind her haircut. It has potential. But you can see the crease in her hair where she had her hair in a ponytail and then just shook it out before making this appearance. Also, her pants look too long. But I can forgive the pants and hair issues because she pregnant and making an appearance! Good for her.
Speaking of her beautiful necklace: I noticed that the necklace consists of pink and blue beads.
DeleteWhat a cute blouse! She looks casually chic in this outfit.
ReplyDeleteShelley
Stephanie and Guillaume seem to do almost exclusively gigs involving culture/art... I find that a bit strange and narrow for a future ruling monarch. Stephanie looks radiant and true to herself also with her maternity wardrobe; comfort before fashion.
ReplyDeleteEXACTLY, ALL THEY SEEM TO BE INTERESTED IN IS "ART" ( I.E. 3 PIECES OF WOOD ON THE FLOOR IN MUDAM...)THE COUNTRY HAS OTHER URGENT PROBLEMS THEY SHOULD GIVE THEIR ATTENTION TO !
