On March 6, 2020, Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden visited the headquarters of Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) in Solna, Stockholm. SIPRI is an independent international institute dedicated to researches relating to conflicts, armaments, arms control and disarmament. Established in 1966, Stockholm International Peace Research Institute provides data, analysis and recommendations, based on open sources. (Crown Princess Victoria wore a printed dress by H&M.) |
Les chaussures...comment dire? non ça ne va pas avec cette très belle robe ça ratatine et c'est dommage.
ReplyDeleteCe modèle de bottines coupe les jambes les plus parfaites.
DeleteAvec une jupe crayon c’est très sexy .
DeleteHere we go again! Another "matronly Dress, the kind we have seen a lot of lately.
ReplyDeleteCan't say that I'm impressed with these styles, sorry. Some are better than others, on this one I object to the high waist and the irregular seam, together with the booties. The hair- same as always. You can do better Pss Victoria!
I cannot agree with you more.
DeleteSad to say, but I think Victoria must be in a race with Kate to see who can dress more matronly and old-fashioned.
DeletePerhaps. It's such a fine line when you wear a floral long length dress. And the crew neck on Victoria does not help (I in particular really dislike when she wears them). Whereas for Catherine, I did like her ensembles in Ireland. She is approaching 40 and is probably trying to develop a style that is beyond the 20's/30's style of knee length dresses that had flair and frankly which youth lends itself nicely to. She seemed to be adopting a more mature style, which can be lovely. She will be fine.
DeleteBack to Victoria, I can see she is trying to make a matronly dress a little more edgy but it does not succeed here. The boots are for wearing with trousers. The neckline and length are wrong for her. The fabric can work with smart shoes, a good bag and perhaps a jacket, and earrings that stylistically go along with the outfit. This is a mish-mash, at least for me.
I really like this dress, but not with this shoes. Highheels would fit better, like in the very last pic.
ReplyDeleteThe colour of the green belt doesn't fit perfect imho, I would have chosen a black or dark brown one.
Oh dear. I am dreaming of a delivery of exquisitely fitted uni dresses with straight hemline and of slim pant suits in lively colours, all delivered to the Palace and while leaving them there, everything flowery, flowing, frilly and conscious exclusive gets removed in exchange :-))

I really dislike that dress - unpleasant print, and lots of it, no structure, uneven hem, and a green belt that doesn´t match. And she made it worse by combining it with those ankle boots. Terrible outfit.
ReplyDelete100% correct!
DeleteBusy as always/ Nice dress and earrings, sorry just don't care for the anklet.
ReplyDeleteAgreed. Love the earrings!

She is a humorous Crownprincess, lovely - winkysmile.

As much as I like Victoria, her fashion choices I like very seldom nowadays. This outfit is just hopeless. - Siri
ReplyDeleteChange out the oddly colored green belt, with a wide black one, then add black shoes, and bag and this outfit could have been saved. Victoria is beautiful, it is a shame she choses such odd combinations at times.... JT
ReplyDeleteoy.

ReplyDeleteLeave her alone. Her outfit is beautiful and the boots go very well with the dress. Nice color coordination.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately this dress is a rare miss for me, especially combined with the ankle boots. The dress didn't looks so bad previously with shoes or the smaller green clutch (didn't like the bag on this occasion too big), but I am not a fan of this particular neckline or hem. Regardless, CP Victoria was engaging, happy, beautiful smile and as always full of enthusiasm.
ReplyDeleteI am convinced Victoria is a wonderful person. She desperately needs a stylist. That is all.
ReplyDeleteThere are components of her outfit I quite like, the purse and the earrings. Maybe even the booties could work with a different outfit (pants). Although not the flood pants she typically wears with these booties.
Her mother is quite a classically stylish lady. I am surprised some of that didn’t pass down to her children. CH
I love this green color on her. It’s a good color for brunettes. And the hemline is playful. But I hate this collar (hoping it goes out of style soon) and I hate those booties. They just aren’t flattering with dresses like this. Also, she has beautiful, thick wavy hair. As the Crown Princess of Sweden, she doesn’t have access to a hairdresser who can give her a flattering haircut? I know curly hair can be difficult but I have several professional friends who wear thief curly hair down in a beautiful cut.
ReplyDeleteVictoria looks very nice in this color or green. I would prefer different shoes with this type of dress and a dark green headband would have been great.

Love the dress, it is appropriate for an official function.
